    thats how i would do it.

    training: i would stick to the usual high frequency, low volume approach. maybe 2-3 exercises / bodypart max. because we won’t build muscle anyway without the necessary hormonal environment… i would generate enough stimulus to prevent atrophy (at least 1 exercise to absolute failure) and than get out of the gym (60-80 min/session max)

    nutrition: as usual.. carbs pre, intra, post workout, slight caloric surplus (100-200 cal/day)

    supplements: power pct (dr scally), ghrp6+cjc or hgh (whatever is easier available and/or fits the budget) and 5 iu slin pre or pre and post workout.
    if i would notice fat accumulation, i would throw in 3 x 20 min liss cardio / week or reduce calories slightly but i usually tend to keep calories higher in this phase.

    me too, i developed slight pubescent gyno when i was 14 but luckly no major probmens with gear so far. to get real bad gyno on gear you have to be a bit of an idiot imo. usually it starts with sensitive nipples, than itching and pretty bad pain and than after a week or so the breast gland slowly starts to grow so gyno is nothing that happens over night (at least in 99% of all cases)!!!

    nolva, clomid, hcg is the best combination imo, don’t look for fancy stuff. the power pct works!! that’s all that matters to me.

    yep, its pretty much the same for me. hdl on the low side after 12-16 weeks on 500 but rest was always in range.
    after 14-16 weeks, my progress usually starts to slow down.
    if your nutrition is on point and you train hard/smart, 500 is plenty but still..
    if you progress at a slow rate there is nothing wrong with adding 100mg /blast imo.
    just make sure diet and training are spot on.

    lets be honest… you probably won’t get super strong and you won’t build huge amounts of muscle on restricted calories with dc but thats not the main goal anyway. instead of trying to progress your lifts as much as possible i would try to holy on to your numbers (or even improve them) as long as you can to protect muscle mass! i like dc for its low volume. this makes it really easy for me to recover even with low food (so imo very effective in a diet). like georgie said…just be careful not to pick up injuries!

    i think 8-10 weeks cruise on 150-200mg a week should be more than enough but better do bloodwork!
    i would increase the dose each blast by ~100 mg so if your first blast is 500, i would start the 2nd one with 500 and add another 100 after 7-8 weeks or so. than i would start te next blast with 600, add another 100mg after 7-8 weeks and so on… unless you can make continuous progress on 500!

    i generally would say this depends on your bloodwork and your progress. if you can still make decent progress after 10 weeks of blasting i would keep going until you start stalling. than i would cruise for 8 weeks and do bloodwork to check if your healthmarkers have returned to normal. if yes than you are gtg.
    if you stick to the basicas like test and deca/npp as your mass building compounds and if you avoid things like tren and orals than 8-10 weeks cruise should be plenty imo. if you are planing to do pct after your show next october, than i would suggest running hcg once or twice a week for the next 50 weeks.

    first of all, i would run your cycle at least 12-16 weeks to get the most out of it.
    you could run dim aside to lower estrogen somehow but in terms of gyno pervention, dim is pretty useless imo!!! keep an ai and/or serm on hand!

    i would use: krill oil, curcumin, citrus bergamot (optional), vitamin d3, vitamin k2 (optional) and a good multi vitamin.

    i would also do bloodwork mid cycle and check your e2 (estrogen) to ensure your estrogen is in range. this will help you later on with adjusting your ai dose.
