yep, i agree 100% with you! it can be a bit tricky with prolactin induced gyno but if you are using a 19nor compound for the first time you should have caber on hand anyway so…

would do it like rotties said above!
just to help you understand why you use what you use here… if you already have gyno symptoms than i would instantly start with a serm (tamoxifen, clomiphene, toremifene, raloxifene) this will modify (“block”) the receptor and stop further growth of the gland. than the ai on top will reduce the amount of working aromatase enzymes in your blood so the conversion from testosterone to estrogen will be reduced (= lower estrogen). since the estrogen can’t bind to the receptor (because of the serm), the breast glan might start to shrink again (if you catch it early enough). when you stop the nolva later on, your estrogen will be lower becauase of the ai and you should be gtg. in really bad cases there is a protocol using letro but thats really the last way out…e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

thats the big problem with the internet… there is a lot of good information out there, but also a lot of total nonsense and bullshit!
i personally don’t like the idea of using thyroid medication (t3) to loose weight if its not really necessary… some people might have to use it pre contest to get in contest shape but i would do bloodwork first and check ft3 levels. if they are low than you could give it a try but if they are still in range i would advise against using it.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

mag. glycinate has good bioavailability and does not have a laxative effect since glycine is actively transported through the intestinal wall. mag. citrate also has a good bioavailability. it is very rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract but it does have a stool loosening effect so i would go with glycinate.

good point rotties!
i think both have their pros and cons and it depends on your exercise selection. i usually do a leg press variation with high feet placement as my first “hamstring compound movement” and to warm up my quads and hips for a squat variation.
there is no way i could do very heavy slds before squats 😀e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

first compound than iso. otherwhise you are just pre exhausting your muscle and take away from your loading.

if you don’t have a deficiency in t4, don’t mess around with it.

for me, 8-10g of carbs is usually enough to cover 1 iu of insulin, otherwhise i get hypos.
on leg days i usually go more towards ~12g/iu.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

not a problem as long as you take it (27h bio half-life)

in the past, i have tried many different oils and i found grapeseed oil to be the best carrier oil.
if you are worried about viscosity or your product, just stretch your oil with ethyl oleate 😉e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
