agree with james. i would bump up the protein (to 1.5-2g/lb of bw) because you will be able to utilise more once you are enhanced.
rule of thumb: if you are getting stronger and you are not gaining weight you aren’t eating enough!
so start at xxxx calories and if your weight is not increasing add more calories in. wait for a week, see how it goes and adjust accordingly.

i generally like them. have done widowmaker sets on squats and noticed a huge change in endurance.
i guess with small muscle groups (biceps/triceps/shoulders) you could do them more frequently. i think for triceps compound moves you could even add it to 2/3 rotations as your last triceps exercise. for legs or back i would be careful not to overdo them because i found that they dig into your recovery quite a lot, at least if you can reach muscle failure and not quit because of the pain/lack of oxygen.

occasionally, i shoot small amounts(<0.5ml) with slin pins (12mm needle). it will have the same effect as a regular shot just ensure you inject deep enough and massage it afterwards to help spreading out the oil.

i would rest the upper body for a week and see how it feels afterwards, if it doesn’t get better, investing in a physio might be a good idea.

volume looks good to me but why are you doing barbell shrugs as 3rd exercise and not at the end? i would also start with reverse grip lat pull downs to “warm up your back” for the heavy rack pulls. they won’t take away from your loading on rackpulls but imo, doing rackpulls first won’t allow you to use max. workload on your reverse grip pull downs (at least for me).

cracking noise sounds not good….any swelling or inflammation?
i would see a doctor and get a referral for an x-ray , just to ensure, nothing’s wrong!

being hungry usually means that your body is in a fat burning mode so imo its part of the process (at least at the end of a diet). you could try to take 5g of psyllium husk with 500-1000ml of water before going to bed. this should kill most of your hunger (at least for me it does).

just give it a try. train like him for 3 months but i doubt that this method will benefit you more than a high frequency/low volume approach.

walking is a great tool, esp. if you are overweight or a heavy person (offseason bodybuilder) because it will reduce the stress on your knee joints but still burn a lot of calories (depending on the duration). another good thing about walking is that it won’t dig as deep into your recovery as “conventional cardio”

August 8, 2017 at 8:49 am in reply to: Wearing belt for rack pulls

i personally think that using a belt when doing heavy deadlifts or rackpulls makes sense but in your case, i would not see a belt as a “protection”.
a belt will allow you to generate more intra abdominal pressure so you can more weight but if you already had 2 surgeries on herniated discs, more weight/more spinal compression is the last thing you want. i would try to keep absolutely perfect form and do a bit higher volume (12-15reps) to minimize the stress on your discs and maximize the loading and tut on your back-muscles/glutes/hamstrings.

there are a lot of trenbolone studies on farm animals (mainly lambs and cattle).
    this one is super interesting!
    https://dl.sciencesocieties.org/publications/jas/abstracts/69/12/4696

here is an extract of the package insert of finaplix h (trenbolone acetate implants for cattle)
    INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Increases rate of weight gain and improves feed efficiency in a slow-release delivery system. This product is to be used in feedlot heifers only during approximately the last 63 days prior to slaughter.

    KEEP IN MIND:
1 IMPLANT CONTAINS 200MG OF TREN ACE!!!
THE WEIGHT OF ADULT CATTLE VARIES BETWEEN 600 – 1.000 lb!!!!!

if this stuff works in this dose on a 800lb cattle, i would assume that tren will have an even greater effect on a ~200lb human 🙂

this depends on the digestibility of your food.
if its a small meal thats easy to digest 1-1.5 hours pre training than i would say no (but i have no studies on hand to back this up!)
