if you want to time it perfectly, than take it around 30-45 minutes before you start your actual workout (it will peak ~30 minutes after taking it)

evening primrose oil combined with a good dose of omega 3s and curcumin should reduce the symptoms and inflammation and talcum powder should help against the itching. you can also use zinc cream (sudocrem) with or instead the talcum powder.

the peak concentration of 14C-oxandrolone in the plasma was 417 (mean) Β΅g per milliliter at 0.50 to 1.50 hours. i usually take it 30 mins before i hit the gym so it will usually take me another 10 minutes to get dressed, fill my waterjug and another 5 minutes to finish my warmup for the first exercise so my levels will reach its peak around exercise 2.
Its level then declined in two phases: from 1.5 to 4.0 hours with a half-life of 0.55 hour and from 4.0 to 48 hours with a half-life of 9.4 hours so the effects will last the whole workout plus ~ 1h.will try to find good literature about the improved absorption when taken with fats.

yes because at the beginning, test levels will still be high due to the long halflife of test e. if you don’t control your estrogen at this point, estrogen related side effects might occur. depending on the amount you took and its halflife, i would lower the ai/serm dose over time so you don’t crush your e2 levels.
we always want to control estrogen when doing pct.
here is a quick and basic overview of how the whole pct situation works:as we know, test can be converted into dht or estrogen (E1 & E2)
E1: natural form of estrogen produced in fat tissue.
E2(estradiol): an estrogen produced from testosterone via the aromatase enzyme. based on the concentration of estradiol in the blood, the brain will increase or decrease release of lutenizing hormone. e2 is more potent than e1.
thats the only way for a male to produce estrogen.
the brain monitors sex hormone levels by sampling the estrogen concentration in the blood. if levels are low, the brain will release more lutenizing hormone; if levels are too high, the brain will release less lutenizing hormone. thats how the negative feedback loop works.clomid blocks the brain’s ability to detect sex hormone levels. it competes for estrogen receptors causing the hypothalamus to βreadβ lower estrogen levels thereby preventing negative feedback. the result is an increase in lutenizing hormone. lh will travel to the testicles and induce production of more testosterone.

i guess at a certain level, using higher amounts in the offseason is unavoidable, however thats a personal decision and depends on what your goals are. i think, as an amateur (experienced aas user) 750-1000mg/week (of total anabolics) in the offseason should be plenty imo.

agree! for me, pre and intra are the most important ones.
if you have a high amount of intra carbs (something like 75-100g) than you could reduce them but don’t cut them out completely!
if i’d have to choose, i would pull carbs from my post workout meal first before touching my pre or intra carbs.

i think we cant give you an exact answer to your question. i personally would keep everything the same and after a week you will see if you are at maintenance, in a surplus or in a deficit .f you are in a 300-400cal deficit atm, i guess you will be around maintenance a week after you stopped taking the dnp. some people tend to hold water while being on dnp so there might be another drop in weight after ending your cycle. keep in mind that dnp has a 36-hour half-life!!! and after 25 days @ 250mg/day your peak level will be at 675.6 so don’t forget that this stuff will still be in your systen for quite a while.
