hehe than you probably already know what to do 😛 . imo, intensity and frequency are more important. i would lower the amount of working sets and see how it goes.

rotties is right! your fat intake sees to be low and not even close to 65g so you are probably on less calories than you think you are.

sounds like you are overdoing it. i would reduce the volume a touch. do you use a high frequency /low volume approach? how many sets are you doing for quads and hams?
do you rotate exersises if you start to stall? how is your nutrition? have you tried to consume more calories on a legday? how active are you through out your day? do you walk at lot?e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

if you do the muffin, i would add it pre workout. just talk to your coach if you don’t like the muffin idea. if you are looking for a post workout “meal” i would stick more towards food thats low in fat but higher in protein and carbs because post workout, you want the food to be absorbed fast. stick to food thats easy to eat and easy to digest if you want to gain weight. if your appetite allows you to eat another meal instead of the muffin than go for it. if you feel full all the time and you would have to force down your additional meal than i would stick to the muffin.

ofc i have. he metioned that 400-500mg of test e or cyp would hypothetically be a good dose to start with. in the same video, he also explicitly said that the first couple of cycles should be test only!!!

as long as you keep progressing at a decent rate, i would not change anything. always try to get the most progress out of the least amoutnt of effort, if progress should start to slow down, you could still try to add in more volume to force an adaptation!
