Tudca and NAC are only needed if you have stressed your liver by using orals.

it depends on how your product is dosed. i would stick to 400-500mg of test. thats a reasonable dose! stay away from orals as long as you can. even for a regular cut i would not use them. imo orals are for comp preps only. Keep it simple! 🙂

he does this to retain strength while being in a caloric deficit! adding orals in the offseason will only put additional stress on your body and organs and can negatively impact on your appetite. i wouldn’t do it!

yes, prolactin issues (in this case, induced by tren) can cause gyno. cabergoline would be my drug of choice here. usually, a dose of 0,5mg e3d will suffice but i would still do bloodowrk to see whats going on!!!

increasing shbg by using proviron could be a good idea.
3 mg of adex for 450 mg of test seems quite high to me.
winstrol is a dht (dht = counterpart of estrogen) so this will lower e2 even more.i would follow the advice of DrDeanStMart and do bloodwork.

if this is your first cycle i would stay away from orals.
be very strict with your nutrition and start your offseason from a lean point.
if you can’t build quality tissue on a reasonable dose of test (400-500mg/week), you are doing somethign wrong.

i can’t drink coffee pre workout becuase for me, it will work as a laxative. heavy deadlifts and having to go to the toilet is a bad combination!

lets break down the individual compounds:
androsterone: its a weak androgen with a potency that is approximately 1/7th that of testosterone. it is a metabolite of testosterone and dht.
1-androstene-3b-ol,17-one: it is converted to 1-androstenediol and 1-androstenedione. both of these metabolites can then be converted to 1-testosterone (main effects and side effects).
the 4-androstene-3b-ol, 17-one: starts out as 4-dhea so must be converted to either 4-androstenedione, or 4-androstenediol, and then must convert into testosterone (pretty shitty conversion rate).
androsta-3 5-diene-7 17-dione: acts as an inhibitor of cortisol and aromatase and can increase test levels.
i think its a random mix of ineffective anabolic compounds that will put stress on liver and endocrine system.

thats weird. usually im. injections should peak noticeably faster. how many iu did you use? what brand of insulin did you use? novorapid/apidra/humalog/novolog?
