    you could add cardio, you could eat less or you could take a long walk. it really doesn’t matter if you increase output or decrease input. here is what i usually do. if the weather is fine, ill go for a 2 hour walk. if i don’t want to spend 2 hours walking, i do 30-45 mins liss cardio. if i don’t feel hungry, i would eat less, take a nap and relax. sometimes i walk for 3 or 4 hours and treat myself with food afterwards.

    as far as i know, this is the only exercise where you will be able to hit all 3 heads of the shoulder at the same time. i feel that this exercise puts a lot of stress on my shoulder joints so i try to aviod it.

    in terms of holding water,i personally noticed a difference in using test prop instead of test e or c but i think thats not because of the ester. its probably because of the more frequent injections and more stable blood levels which means less side effects. i was always able to reduce my ai dose by 1/3 while using test prop. its the same with npp, i tend to hold less water on it compared to deca and i generally experience less side effects with npp.

    i would not be too concerned as long as your systolic bp is not over or close to 140 the whole day and your diastolic bp doesn’t crack the 90. take your bp in the morning upon waking for a few weeks to see whats going on. some people have naturally higher bp than others (like me). i know some guys who constantly have 115-120 systolic bp. if i get below 120 i feel dizzy and can’t function properly. i personally feel good and healthy at around 125-130 systolic and 75-85 diastolic bp and as long as im controlling estrogen and im not overdoing eq, orals, tren or fatburners, its easy for me to stay in range.

    totally agree with TankDawg. atm i use a belt because my obliques started to grow like crazy from heavy squats and deadlifts. i personally don’t like that look.

    for me its close grip reverse band benchpress/pin press (this stuff really beats the shit out of my triceps without putting a lot of stress on the chest and shoulders so i count it as “isolation work” 😛 )

    i would always take one bolus dose pre workout instead of splitting it up across the day because this will cause a higher blood plasma levels spike. this can bring a temporary increase in strength and recovery.

    im not a big fan of dbol tbh because it will ramp up estrogen. to combat that, a higher ai dose has to be taken (this will have a negative impact on your lipids).
    dbol is methylated so it will stress the liver and therefore can have an impact on your ability to eat (depending on the dose). not the best way to start a cycle imo.
    if you are looking to do a kickstart i (hypothetically) would prefer test prop over dbol. less e2 conversion so less side effects and stress on the body.

    it would take it in the morning because clen can negatively impact on your sleep.
    don’t forget to use it in combination with tourine (3-5g daily) and potassium (i would eat a banana pre workout) to combat cramps and the depletion of taurine levels which can lead to low t3.

    we can’t tell you if your aromasin dose is too high or too low. everybody aromatizes at a different rate. the only way to find out is to get your e2 checked via bloodwork.
