    doesn’t clomid block the negative feedback loop anyway by binding to the hypothalamic estrogen receptors so GnRH will be released which will lead to secretion of fsh and lh no matter if testosterone will be present or not?

    i would do it by feel! stick to a certain amount of calories for a week. look at your scale weight. if its not increasing, add in 200 more calories and repeat the process until you start to gain 300-500g / week. than stick to your calories until your bw starts to stall again. than you just repeat the process over and over again until its time to diet down.

    when it comes to hpta recovery we are looking for the most effective dose. the side effects are usually person dependant, you can feel depressed on clomid but usually the sympthoms will get better after a few days. i find clomid to be the most important compound in a pct. if you can dose it on the upper effective limit (100mg according to studies), fsh and lh production will be even greater so you will be able to recover faster. in terms of boosting fsh and lh, clomid starts to be effective at a dose of 25mg daily. howevere… 100mg will usually be the most effective dose for most people.
    a few weeks ago i had some studies on hand. ill try to find them again.

    your exercises seem to be good but what about the order of things. if you want to bring up your triceps i would place this movements right at the beginning of your workouts. this little trick always helped me.

    i would do it like this
    Day 1-16 : 2500iu HCG eod.
    Day 1-30 : Nolva 20mg/day; Clomid 100mg/day (50mg 1-0-1)
    Day 31-45 : Nolva 20mg/day

    if you are scared about loosing muscle , you could do a little break, regain a few pounds back and start to cut again to do the last final bits.
    if jordan told you not to cut further, follow his advise!!! i think the leaner you are, the better your body will partition food and you will be able to have a longer, more extensive offseason before you have to tidy things up again. so is it imperative? yes and no. its def. not a mistake. if you want to get the most out of your offseason, start in shape. otherwise you will get fat and have to overdiet to get lean again (which will cost you muscle) or you won’t be able to stay in a surplus for long enough to make then necessary progress before you have to reduce calories again. both really inefficient ways to a approach your goals imo.

    so your cycle: i personally think your suggestion (500test 300tren and 300 deca) sounds reasonable to me.
    i still would start with 200mg of tren and save the 100mg for later, just in case progress should start to stall at some point.
    better start too low than too high. adding stuff in is always an option if you start low(ish).
    since you will be running 2 19nor compounds at the same time, i would keep caber on hand, just in case you get prolactin related side effects.

    ok. can you give me a bit more backround infos please (stats, bf)? what was your previous cycle? have you ever combined 2 19nor compounds? do you usually tolerate tren?

    instead of doing the common 3 straight sets of 8-12 reps per exercise, intensity techniques are helpful to work through a different variety of rep ranges and to create new stimulus to the muscle. they are also a useful tool to intensify the workouts, to raise your heart rate, to improve conditioning and/or to increase bloodflow. i use some kind of intensity technique in every workout just to spice things up and to break through plateaus faster. they are a great tool but they will dig into your ability to recover.
    how many per session?: this will totally depend on your routine, on your ability to recover, on how experienced you are, on your rep ranges and a lot of other factors.
    if you do high frequency low volume you can probably use more intensity techniques than another guy who does 20 sets per muscle group once a week. you need to try things out to find your sweetspot.

    agree with rotties. i would wait 2-3 weeks until test levels are at least lower
    (even if a clearance should not be necessary because clomid will stop the negative feedback loop by inhibiting estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus).
