    deadlifts progression will be limited by your weakest muscle. where do you typically fail on your deadlift? bottom, mid-range or top? will you get a form breakdown or are you failing with good form?

    its not about tren in general, its about the high tren low test concept!

    first of all i want to say that high tren low test for me is a ratio of 2/1. i think everyone here will agree that test should be the base of every cycle. so 500mg is a very common and moderate dose. so how much tren would you add to 500mg of test to run high tren low test? 1000? 750? NO WAY! and even if you lower your test to lets say 250mg/ week. i personally se no point in running 250 test and 500 tren in the offseason. side effects will be presentat all times even if you tolerate it well. imo it would be smarter to run test at a decent dose and add in an a sensible dose of tren (maybe 150-400mg) to it or combine a low dose of tren with another compound (for example, npp or deca) to keep the side effects as low as possible. i want to feel good in the offseason so high amounts of tren are no option for me. if you can tolerate high amounts, you feel good and it won’t affect your appetite/sleep or blood pressure than use it if you want to.

    here is another point why im not a big fan of using high amounts of tren in the offseason (for an amateur).
    lets say your offseason cycle contains 400mg tren. what will you do pre contest? add in more tren? where will you end? on 600 or 750 a week?
    i would rather blast on a good amount of test and deca/npp/eq and save the tren for pre contest. you don’t need the hardening effect of tren in the offseason. the fat loss properties are debatable so no need to take it to “stay leaner”. the rapid strengthgains of tren can even be a disadvantage imo because they can increase the risk of injury. i hope my thoughts make sense to you 🙂

    if you see a benefit in using a certain supp, than use it. in regards to tudca: if you don’t use any orals and your liver values are in range, i see no point in taking tudca.

    it might be a stretchmark. i have them all over my adductors and glute ham tie ins from squats. i even had leg sessions where i felt my skin popping :S
    if its a bursted blood vessel, it will be gone within a few days or a week. sadly there is not much you can do about it.

    basically the drug thats dosed high will work as your main compound (with all the effects and side effects). the lower doses compound will work synergistic with it but the effect and side effects will be less pronounced (because its dosed low). so…if you like the effects of tren (for muscle building, strength, hardening, increased fatloss, whatever…) and you can tolerate the side effects of it than you could run it as your main compound. the lower test in the background is only necessary to keep your body functioning properly.

    if you run high test low tren you will be not as hard, dry and strong, but you will be fuller and rounder. you will have less or no tren specific side effects (depending on how much you take and how well you tolerate it) but more estrogen related ones from the greater amount of test (if you are prone to them).

    if you are looking for your main compound, you always have to ask yourself: whats coumpound will give me the desired effect and can i handle the side effects of it if i dose it accordingly?
    if you are not sure but still want to give it a try, better use short esters (at least in the beginning).

    for a caloric surplus i found test aside with 150-200mg of tren really effective and even for a deficit i would stick to this concept. i see no real point in using high tren low test (at least in bodybuilding). all you get is more side effects and a look that can be created with other, less harsh compounds as well.
    however for powerlifting, it can be beneficial!

    i would rather change the rep range than switching the order of exercises.
    another option would be tochange the exercise a bit and go from a flat db press to an incline, low incline or decline db press.

    if you run deca on its own, you’re asking for libido problems!!
    why do you want to stack it with eq? i see no benefit in doing so!! whats the problem with running test?
    i had success with running deca as low as 150mg and eq as low as 200 (not at the same time).
