i would start with adding 1000 cal. if scaleweight and bodyfat doesn’t increase i would slowly add in food every week until you notice weightgain (if gaining weight is your goal)

i would also be very interested in your thoughts about primo usage and its benefits when combined with other drugs. not a lot of guys can afford to run it year-round at a decent dose.

i have never used it either. i can only give you some anecdotal evidence.
like i have already mentioned, oxytocin can reduce cortisol but it can also change the way you feel quite drastically so i would be careful. it can increase aggressive behaviour and feelings like envy. i think someone told me that addicts use this substance to reduce the buildup of tolerances to streetdrugs. however it can be used to speed up wound healing by reducing inflammation. i personally think this drug has no use in bodybuilding.

    thats a really bad idea!
using dnp with low calories around the workout will not allow you to hold strength!
i think dnp is “only dangerous” if dosed high (because of its accumulative effect and long halflife) and/or combined with carbs or alcohol.
    however, dnp can cause cataracts!!!
better stick to cardio and reduce your calories!!!

did you do a 1000 cal deficit in one drop or do you consume 1000 cal less since you have started?
did you do your bloodwork while being on tren? did you use medichecks for your bloodwork?
if yes than i think your high e2 might be a misreading caused by tren and the high adex is killing your sexdrive because your e2 is rock bottom.
if we look at your current cycle than the only aromatase activity could be caused by the 300mg of test!! tren=19nor, mast=dht, var=dht
    no aromatisation!

if your workouts suffer from intra workout carbs than stop it. whats your intra carb source? cyclic dextrin, maltodextrin, waxy maize,…?
if you metabolism and or/your neat levels allow you to have carbs around the clock, that do so. but if you have an office job and/or you are an endomorphic body type i wouldn’t do that. placing the majority of your carbs around your workout will usually help you to process food optimally body composition wise. what was your typical post workout meal? have you tried different carb sources?

i think after a couple of weeks you probably would start recomping but at a very very slow rate. strength gains would remain pretty much the same. i know a few powerlifters who use this method to stay in a weight class for long periods of time. you basically will get stronger but you won’t get heavier. if your goal is to recomp, you will be better off if you do a quick cut/mini diet and start to build up calories once you hit a lean state. after doing so, you will be a leaner version at that primary weight. thats how i would approach things if recomping would be my goal.

if you reconstitute the peptide in less solvant you have to shoot less volume. less volume = less discomfort. intramuscular injections will hit you faster. i personally don’t want that with things like (for example) MT2 because this can amplify side effects (in this case nausea).
