Hey, with the HCG i would do it daily, it’s particularly important for those who suffer with gyno. You shouldn’t need it wilth clomid as clomid itself blocks oestrogen at the hypothalamus so in itself is an anti oes. However, some may need ot still to control gyno.

So 1000iu hcg and 20mg nolvadex everyday for 6 weeks?
    I don’t suffer with gyno
    Then clomid to finish [/quote]
    hey,
sorry should have said every other day, 2000iu for 4 weeks initially, ideally get bloods done, if test is at 9mmol then you can move onto clomid. Run nolvadex until you start clomid

Yes you will need to to control estrogen.
Again how much tho is difficult and based on what you are currently doing.
usually on cycle I am 0.5mg ADEX MWF minimum to daily. If im at daily then I reduce to MWF as the drugs taper out.
If im on lower test and using just 0.5mg MWF then I will just drop down to MT for 2 weeks and then 0 AI

I’m currently running 0.5mg on jab days so Sunday Thursday. Would you say keep that going for 2 weeks then no AI ?

It’s hard to do much for HDL on cycle – You’re Lipids are in good shape. If you don’t use omega 3 I’d add that in year round along with the vit D. try to get 1000-2000mg epa/dha depending on your budget.
I had a reading high like yours from medichecks on 300mg test e. I think Dean said it was probably an assay error.
The estrogen won’t impact the results of the testosterone but for me when estrogen gets around that level I tend to get poor sleep, increased blood pressure and my dick can do weird shit lol. So for me I would use an AI just to prevent that. The 0.5mg adex twice a week keeps me at the high end of normal

I wasn’t worried as I knew HDL would alter slightly due to exogenous test.
Was ridiculously horny in the first few weeks but it’s tapered off now. Just feel like I did before gear. No trouble with erections etc but sleep not the best although I don’t sleep the best anyway. Appreciate the advice

Liver value is going to be from training as is the CK elevation. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Supplement with 4-5000iu vit D3 daily as you are deficient. Take with a fat containing meal as it is a fat soluble vitamin.
You don’t have to use an AI if you aren’t getting side affects but if you do choose to add something in I’d start with 0.5mg adex or 12.5mg asin on your injection days.
I’ve seen quite a few of these really elevated testosterone levels on low – moderate amounts of test recently. Not sure whats going on maybe an assay issue? I don’t think I’d lower the dose I’d just carry on as you are if you’re feeling good

Thanks for the reply, I don’t seem to have any side effects but I was curious weather elevated oestrogen would impact the use or results of test?

I used youth revisited for my bloods. I have a friend who’s done his bloods through medichecks using the same stuff so see what his sayss .. any advice on the HDL?

    Is this your first cycle?
Are you taking any health supplements liver support etc
    What is daily fluid intake?
I would take an ai for sure, aromasin will have least effect on lipid profile 25mg mon-wed-fri should be fine on this cycle.

This is my first cycle yes. I’m going to drop the dose to 0.5 instead of 0.75 Sunday Thursday split as didn’t expect test levels to be so high.

I have bloods from when I was completely natural and liver results are the same. Do you recommend a liver supplement?

    3/4 litres a day

I prefer Aromasin! Its less harsh on lipids than ari.
The liver value is rising , i will keep this in check

What should I implement for my liver? As I said it’s been at that level since last October when I did completely natural bloods.
What about the correlation between elevated ALT levels and strenuous exercise? Cheers

I replied yesterday but doesnt appear to have saved.

It would appear what you used was either fake or you got lucky and HPTA restored by itself following the clearout period.

SHBG can be high for several reasons – insulin resistance, high estrogen, high cortsol etc.

Very hard to give an exact root cause without figuring it out with more context.

Potential insulin resistance or elevated cortisol.

Looks like you were jabbing plain oil if bloods came back no change to baseline bloods or you got very lucky and HPTA recovered perfectly (which can happen)

Its only slightly raised. Can change due to stress, cortisol levels. Who knows what was in that product you where taking. Don’t think its its anything to be too concerned about, Dean may be able to evaluate further. Run a re.check in another 6.to 8 weeks.

you wont keep your natural source active, no matter what you do… Test shuts it down.

    HCG definitely not needed IMO.

Just do normal PCT after such a mild blast and everythings good, especially after the first cycle.

Check FSH and LH – this will confirm if Test is real.

Will expect HPTA to be shutdown from the exogenous test so FSH and LH should be very low

Thanks Dean, I’m a little more aware about what I need to know through bloods etc so I’ll do a full hormone check before I start another my next cycle. 2 weeks time. And that will give me a good indication
