Jordan regarding your cycle, you’ve mentioned in the past you stay on 25mcg T3 year round. Is this something you still do? Is the 100mcg T4 a permanent addition to you’re year round supplementation as well or just in for now? Only I ask bc I personally have hypothyroidism since I was a teen and find staying on 25mcg T3/75-100mcg T4 year round has me feeling great and bloodwork always comes back in good range

Jordan do you have any thoughts on Luke’s new sponsorship with Redcon1? I’m sorry if I’m behind I tried reading through your logs to see why you weren’t associated with them anymore but can’t seem to find anything on the subject. Can I ask why you’ve disassociated from the brand and do you think it a wise move on Luke’s behalf to persue sponsorship with them? Don’t mean to be a dick asking these questions so I apologize in advance if this is something you’ve already covered

Essentially what I’m asking is how do you make your turmeric rice? Lol

Would absolutely love it if you posted up your workouts Luke. And if it’s not too much a pain in the ass, could you occasionally post up details of your diet? Obviously not the whole thing every single day. But maybe like your pre, intra, and post workout meals just to be able to see how you approach the peri-workout window nutritionally and how your training influences your nutrition. Either way seriously appreciate all the info thus far!

Just curious as I take 100mcg T4 everyday as well as I’ve seen my T4 levels ranked from exog GH use and 100mcg/day seems to put my free T4 right in healthy range
