Can’t wait for Luke’s blog to start. Do you know when that’ll be opening up Jordan?

Thanks Michael so much for your reply. I was taking 750mg Test e, 400npp, and 500 primo. I don’t use a.i.’s as I have very low aromatization as is. My test level was 4500 and my e2 was 30 so my estrogen certainly wasn’t bottomed out which I know can kill igf-1. The lab I do blood work through is labcorp so I’m really wondering if it’s due to blood sample not being treated properly. I would just think a large entity like labcorp here in the US would know proper procedure to get accurate results as they are used by most doctors and hospitals here in the US.

Jordan thank you so much for doing the video on your push from 210 to 285lbs, absolutely brilliant! I can’t believe you got up to 8000 calories and weren’t using insulin, that must have been brutal! What were some typical food choices when composing our meals during this time? Regarding your cycle, were you using GH during this time? If so what was your dosage and dosing schedule? Were you using the riptropins you’ve mentioned in your previous videos? Thank you again Jordan

What are your thoughts/feelings on primobolan James? Obviously JP is very fond of it but I haven’t seen you mention it in your forum thus far. Do you feel you get all the benefits you’re looking for from your drug choices using possibly less costly compounds like test/nandrolone?

Thank you so much Stefan for being here. I’m already beyond impressed with your knowledge and responses and look forward to all your inputs. What are your feelings on intraworkout nutrition? Do you think it’s beneficial and if so what are your go to indredients for intraworkout supplementation?

Jordan would you consider/be opposed to documenting a full day of eating/meals on your Instagram? I know oh is it out your diet and macros regularly in here but rarely see you post food pics? I can understand if you can’t be bothered with it but personally as someone aspiring to grow I always find it helpful when pushing food to watch Ronnie Coleman make eggs and grits for the thousandth time lol, or Evan Centopani laying out his days meals prepared. As always thanks for all the invaluable content Jordan

Appreciate the response James? With lily I sleep like a champ lol. Also recovery is improved compared to w/o. Can really drive myself in to the ground with sessions, next day feel completely smashed then 2 to 3 days later feel almost brand new. How ping have you been using GH? Would you kind sharing any other Pharm/Ugl brands of GH you’ve tried?

Thanks for discussing GH James. When do you like to dose your GH, upon waking and post workout? Always heard great review on ansomone. I’m a Humatrope fan personally but bc I’m here in the U.S. it’s actually really difficult to get ansomone. Do you notice any sides from GH that such as numb/tingling hands, water retention, etc?

Quick follow up from my response baseline serum GH w/o injecting I’ve seen between 0.5 and 1.0 personally, taken between 8 and 10am and when I’ve in GH serum/igf-1 tests it was later in the Koenig and I wasn’t fasted. Going to try retesting fasted 6iu inj sub-q 1.5 hours before blood draw and see if there’s a difference. Sorry to interrupt your journal Jordan please keep up the great content and motivation 🙂

Hey Jdh not to speak for Stefan but if ok scroll back to page 139 Stefan notes he’s a fan of test/deca offseason 🙂 thanks Stefan for your response on the GH. I asked bc been in GH a while, noticed big decrease in thyroid function and GH serum come back elevated beyond baseline but haven’t seen elevation in igf so just been curious as to why not seeing the igf increase but also wondering if it could be due to lab error as blood samples sit for 3 days before they are tested and possibly GH/igf degrades while awaiting testing. Thanks again to you and Jordan!

Great content as always Jordan, thank you! Just wondering is there any chance we’ll see a video similar to the one you did about your push to 300 w/Milos in which you detail the process that took you from 210 to 286 when working with Dr Scott Stevenson in 2012? Know you’re super busy as is but would be be brilliant to get some insights 🙂

James how long would you say each of your sessions takes to compete from start to finish. Would you say 90min to 2 hours on average?

Stefan, thank you for all your input and answering questions here. If I can ask, I’m currently doing bloods on various gh’s I have and I’m getting mixed recommendations on how best to test these via blood labs. Do you have a protocol you could recommend for most accurate testing i.e. i next “x” units 1 hour sub-q to blood draw, fasted (or non fasted) etc? Thank you again Stefan

Can’t thank you enough Jordan for all your input and advice here especially with the chemical side of things. If I can ask for someone like myself who’s just under 200lbs and in the US where primo (especially real primo) is rare and expensive as it gets, would you still approve of basic moderate test + anabolic + gh approach given sides are minimal/controlled? I personally can run up to 1g test w/400 npp or tren and have no issues w/bp, lipids or estrogen, confirmed by blood work. I guess what I’m asking is are you advocating primo as a base bc you’ve found it more anabolic/efficient at building tissue then test or is it bc a test base cycle brings too many negative sides for you personally?
