Could give barbell/DB complexes a go? The sessions will be short but brutal and you could probably do them every day/EOD.

Still nasty but good that you’ll be back at it even quicker!
By tearing the old scar tissue I assume that then means you will have even more scar tissue in this area? How do you think this will affect you training and look wise if at all? Any precuations (other than not loading new kit with silly weight 😉 ) you will be taking in to consideration moving forward?

I love the continuing dynamic between you and Jordan, how enthusiastic and passionate he gets when he sees you going the right direction and how you take joy in impressing him!

CBD isn’t an anti-inflammatory as such and works with different mechanisms. It is supposed to be ideal post workout to help calm the CNS and get you rested and ready to eat and digest more quickly.
Personal experience is that it only had mild to no effect really and I’ve tried cheap ones from local health stores to more expensive quality brands. I find Supportmax Neuro or just straight ashwaganda to be more beneficial.

ha quality. done well there mate ????
I’m shit with DIY and things like that, all thumbs and clueless! But been looking up how to build squat/bench stands and think I might have a go. Materials will cost about 60 quid total. What’s the worst that could happen?! ????

Worse products but better opportunity I suppose given how huge the brand and company are.

Just home from Bodypower and wanted to say it was an absolute pleasure to finally meet you, Corinne and the whole team.
They are a credit to you and your brand Jordan! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and got some good advice from everyone I spoke with.
Kuba tweaked my form for me in the gym which has literally completely changed how I do an exercise to hit what I’m trying to focus on perfectly. He didn’t need to do that and he was training so massively appreciate him taking the time for that! ????
Think if it wasn’t for your stand and the team being there, that show would have been a bit disappointing for me! Seems to have turned in to a “influencer” and reality “star” expo… ????????

Kings 2 looks incredible. It’s a bit further away than Kings 1 for me but think it will be worth the visit one weekend soon 🙂
    Glad the opening went well!

    This week Dean
    ….
So been a few days on the npp , visually filling up a lot daily , I hold water in my g.i , but it’s not too bad.
Push day today , Kuba is over as I’m taking him through some of my ideas with the split layout . I love the sessions he comes to for many reasons :
    – he brings crazy positive energy, I don’t think I have ever seen him sulk / not be just buzzing in sessions , regardless who he is training with – he could go train with Eddie hall and be made to feel like a small child but would just fucking love it , and take in all there is. He has a very unique mindset , which is why he is a champion. I think it comes from a deep confidence in his own ability to work hard, so no matter what you throw at him, in his mind he will twist it to be a hugely positive reflection – say he is shit at something , that thought makes him smile / excited as he thinks, damn imagine what will happen once I’m gd at it. It’s pretty amazing to think like that , and that is defo one of the reasons I love him haha

That is an awesome mindset to have and made me smile reading it. Going through some shit at the moment but that really made me think. Gotta stop moping about it an turn this shit around.
    Cheers JP!

Yeah I’m not sure how accurate they are either and how much the reading can fluctuate.

I am natural and wanted baseline results before starting first cycle, test came back below normal range, 33yo, shouldn’t be that low really. However I put it down to being end of the week, tired and blood taken late in the day.

Did do a retest through my GP a couple of weeks later mid-week and early and came back all fine, no issues.

Can it fluctuate that much that quickly without any exogenous hormones?

Depends how much higher you’re talking. Can fluctuate enough in a few weeks to come above normal range. [/quote]

fair enough 🙂 I’m not really experienced enough to know I suppose but I was really surprised as it was quite low and they advised TRT!
