I’m a little scared to voice any opinion contrary to Corinne’s now regarding biscuit/non-biscuits.

I think I will forever be a little lost and confused now whenever I’m down the biscuit/snack/non-biscuit aisle in the supermarkets.

Fasted. Also – check out Dr Dean’s Fasted Glucose highlight on Instagram. Good info there!

Loads on Amazon, just have a look 🙂 I have the GlucoRx one.

Off season I’d throw a cheat in last meal on that 2nd day.
    Otherwise all remains the same.

    Hmm an interesting dilemma!
I would definitely classify them as “biscuits” but not in the classic sense, they’re more the new age of modern biscuit I would say.

Agree with Louis. No one exercise is a must do.
There is no way I can press behind the neck, surgery in left shoulder has left me with some limited mobility, pressing behind the neck would likely tear the repair apart!
Each to their own, some people manage it very well others hate it. I know a few people that have developed severe shoulder issues down the line due to their pressing style. Up to you to find what works for you and doesn’t cause discomfort or injury.

Tastes nice? No. Good luck with that quest.

I know a lot of the guys on here use Amazing Grass Greens in Chocolate flavour and apparently that is supposed to be ok.
I use Controlled Labs Orange OxiMega Greens which is in a bit of a strange spearmint flavour but definitely better than some of the other gag inducing greens I’ve tried!
But then I also add in ACV, lemon juice and aloe so the flavour is an odd one. Bottom line, just get it down.

Not sure about the evidence based research on sucralose affecting our insulin sensitivity. Hopefully Dean will pipe up on that one, I’ve seen nothing to indicate it though and plenty of high level bodybuilders and athletes drink diet soft drinks and use sweetners.

If it’s giving you problems though I’d just start cutting down or cut out completely. They’re not really required, it’ll take a couple of weeks but your tastes will change and you will no longer miss it.

surely straight to the horses mouth if you change coach @JohnG ? haha

    haha tempting.
Seeing how things go first. Looking to start first cycle in about 2 months (couple of trips to get out the way first) and a someone with a really good grasp of these things would be beneficial. See how things go!

Yeah I know you guys know Calum 🙂 seen some good content with him and Jordan!
If I change coaches will definitely be considering him for sure.

Ah that’s a shame. I’ll get to one eventually! Still got loads of great content to get through on here! ????

Haha yep wide step forward. Glutes are feeling it today.
It was supposed to be split squat on the Smith but I find the fixed plane of motion plays havoc with my back rather than trying to hit where I want.
Then a friend of mine who is being coached by Callum Raistrick started doing them with the SS bar and I thought well I’ll have to give it a go! Works well I find, allows for more freedom of movement forward and backwards which takes the stress off my lower back.
I’m currently only doing the bar plus 15 either side. Will go up to 20 a side next time. Learning the movement and taking my times.
He’s hitting over 100kg… Lol mad

To be honest, you’d likely be disappointed by the gyms round here! Nothing like what you train at ????
Was hoping you’d be doing one at Kings with James as that’s about an hour and a half from me and much easier for a day trip lol
Tewkesbury I was considering but at least a 6 hour round trip ????
I know people fly in for your seminars and training opportunities but I don’t think I’m at a level to take full advantage of what you guys can offer just yet… that plus my wallet isn’t as deep as some people’s ????‍♂️???? one day!!

Corinne I’m down in West Sussex right on the coast.
About as far from all the good BB gyms and events as you can get in the UK ????
There’s some show in Brighton I was going to go to but turns out that’s same weekend as Bodypower ????

So new one for doms…. safety squat bar split squat… last exercise today and it killed me. Doms already in my glutes bad. ????

Every now and then someone is discovered who is literally perfect as you say. This time round it is definitely Emily Blunt ????
