Oh and interesting how you feel you looked better natty than after your first 2 cycles!
Why do you think that is? Too much water retention? -
Thanks for the reply bud.
Not even sure what half those do to be perfectly honest!
I think my health supplements are fairly simple:
Multivitamin
Omega 3,6, 9
Pre & Probiotic
Curcumin
Glucosamine and Chondroitin SulphateReminds me, need to reorder Glucosamine.
Ha I bet that was a fun argument the first time round! And the I’m not mad I’m just disappointed routine is always worse! At least she’s now kind of resigned to accepting it even if she doesn’t agree with it.

“There is no reason to be a live if you can’t do deadlift!”

Amazing to read up on your adventures! Glad you’re having a great time.
I’ve been following on your instastories, not managed to watch them all mind but got most of them! You were definitely lucky getting out when you did, the weather was terrible and caused all sorts of problems for people. Cleared up for the most part now though.
Awesome to hear you’re now going to be part of the JP team, was only a matter of time really! Your input is invaluable without a doubt.
Look forward to seeing that gym on your cruise! I think with 30k+ steps you don’t need to worry about losing a few days training haha

Looking forward to the fat, hairy and pale photos to make me feel better about myself haha
Could you outline what other supplements you’re taking? Ie: Multivitains?
How long have you been training for mate and when did you decide to do your first cycle?
How does the wife take the steroid use? So far I haven’t ventured in to it, however whenever I discuss it to anyone it is met mostly with negativity apart from some of the guys in the gym. Fortunately I don’t have a wife to worry about yet haha but do have a disgruntled mother lol

You don’t like deadlifts? I hit some stiff leg deads yesterday, been a while and gotta be super careful with the pull on my shoulder but loved it!

100% go and see a physio or Dr. I thought I’d just torn my rotator cuff around Jan last year, did my own rehab from tearing my other side previously (and having it confirmed professionally and given a rehab protocol) and it was ok for a couple of months then popped and semi dislocated while I was just talking and moving my hands. It did that a couple more times over the next couple of weeks before I sought professional advice again. Long and the short of it, I’m now about 6 weeks post surgery as it turns out I’d actually torn a ligament and caused large instability in the joint, hence the dislocation.
You’re may well not be as bad as mine but always worth getting someone to have a look at it properly and they can assess stability and muscle activation.

Between 4-6mmol is normal range I believe.

Eat more high volume low calorie and fibrous foods. Increase water. Black coffee and zero/low cal fizzy drinks make you feel bloated and can help curb hunger.
Once the weight tapers off adjust these to other foods to increase calories again. -
True but you can definitely follow that routine for a good few weeks if not months.
If you want to rotate exercises just swap out for a different exercise that hits the same muscle group.
That article is a very strong starting point 🙂 -
It’s good for a pump. I’d focus on loading for my compound lifts and progressing those.

Hope you can get to the gym. Saw your story with Spartacus in the snow. Man he looked like he was in his element, couldn’t care less about the weather! haha
How do you think you will change your training with regards to the shoulder deterioration?
