Less stress if you miss or exceed on one day like today for example. A lot of body transformation coaches I know do it this way with great results.
The big guys on here might have a different opinion on it though. -

Just noticed you seem to lockout hard and I know from my own experience and having a dodgy right elbow when I do the same it really flares up.
Also does it take tension off the muscle you’re training at full lockout? -

Sas, reading your post about motivation and mindset there was very inspiring. Man I wish I’d had that kind of mindset when I was younger. I was a fucking waste of space and a lazy shit! 33 this year and only in recent years have I realised and come to that truth! Fortunate I didn’t get fat! haha Now I have years to make up for 😉

Was watching one of your latest push vids with JP, when you’re pressing it looks like you go really hard on your elbows, does this cause you any problems at all? Absolutely NOT a form criticism at all haha genuine question as one my elbows is buggered and I have to be quite careful with it at times. -

Was watching some of the latest vids on my long assed train journey home yesterday (helped the time go that’s for sure!) and saw you talking about walking around at that weight and how difficult it is, lower back, glute and calf pumps and cramps for example. I always knew there were obvious risks and side affects to being that size, but it’s crazy how you talk about how difficult it seems to make your every day life.
Looks like you’re well on track to hit that 300lb mark. How concerned are you at this weight with the affect on your body? How long do you think you want to stay that heavy for? (I mean in life in general not just this stage to hit your goals)
Do you have a long term plan at all with regards to your physique/weight ? -

I keep hearing mixed things on here regarding Anavar and it’s confusing. Some of the pros say yeah it’s good and better than taking nothing, especially if really against injecting.
Others are saying don’t touch it, no point, waste of time/money, if you’re not willing to inject don’t bother/you’re a pussy. (odd attitude that)Also conflicting responses with regards to shutdown and also pct, will be fine/won’t be fine, do pct/don’t pct.
As a beginner how are we supposed to learn with all this conflicting advice? :S
