Can highly recommend Supps House. Just used them and spoke to the MD directly, top guy and very quick service.
Also heard extremely good things about Goldstar (a good friend uses these guys with no problems) and of course AList who James Hollingshead endorses. They’ve got some good products!

One glass of wine is unlikely to hurt. Moderation is key. If you’re going out getting smashed of a weekend, yeah it’ll affect performance for sure.

When I hit legs I can almost guarantee I’ll have the shits later that day. Only for that day. The sessions must be hitting my CNS hard! lol Just make sure you eat enough to recover properly.
In my case I up my water levels a lot on leg day and increase my food a bit. Have noticed it helps. -
