    Stop squatting if the pain is intense. There’s so many other ways to build your legs, just change your exercise selection.
    Put your hand in your pocket and see a sports physio too.

    Dean, would appreciate your insight here.

    I asked Dave Crossland what precautions I should be thinking about when starting first cycle, his answer was bloods first (obvious answer) , stick to one compound (general consensus here and how I will go) but then also to run hcg at 250iu eod and tamox throughout.
    To my mind, prescribing or advising hcg and tamox without knowing my bloods or how I respond and aromotise seems haphazard and possible dangerous?

    Also been told (not by Dave) that pre-cycle checks being natural aren’t necessary unless you want a marker to keep hold of to see where levels started. (baseline)
    This did worry me slightly as I’d have thought them essential really?

    Hanging leg raises and kneeling cable crunches twice a week. Doesn’t take much time, why would you not?

    You can look at guys on stage and tell who trained abs through off season and who didn’t I think.

    before bed… chicken and butt butter… in bed oats and whey. I can’t help but ask up and eat

    Jeeezzz the things people do for bodybuilding… I’m not eating butt butter! haha

    Interesting comments, I always thought along the same lines but coach told me to weight raw.

    I still meal prep, takes less than an hour for 4 days of main meals, pretty easy. Could do more but fridge, pan, cooker space is limited

    Chicken I buy diced in 5kg packs, weight it out in to freezer bags, 4 meals a bag.
    Mince I buy in 1kg packs – that’s 4 meals already pre-weighed for me, (Cheers Aldi!)

    2 pans, chicken in one, mince in the other, once cooked, measure in to 4. Job done.

    Rice is uncooked weight too.

    Other meals are easy or fresh cooked, egg whites, oats, WPI, bagels, krispie squares etc

    Yep, a nice brisk 30 minute walk 5 x a week sets me up for the day. Weekends a I relax a little more 🙂

    Not sure what happened with the production of the latest Sizegame podcast. Could barely hear any of you guys over Banji’s breathing… it was like something out a horror movie! Haha Had to turn it off man, couldn’t take it lol :S

    Looking forward to hopefully bumping in to you Saturday morning, coming up to train at Kings 🙂

    Yep same thing. CBD as mentioned helps and either the Supplement Needs sleep stack or Redcon 1 Fadeout works well 🙂

    If you’ve watched his videos and read the articles you would find the answers bud 🙂

    He does warmup or “feeler” sets. So will keep increasing the weight and do a couple of reps to feel the weight and check form, once he hits a weight he feels is his working weight, that’s when he does the working set.

    Don’t expend all your energy in warm up sets doing loads of reps.
