Cheers, will check it out. Need to do some more research and see if it will benefit post surgery or not. Could potentially help my back too!

No? Aw I’d heard good things! I guess taste is very subjective though

Yep all those are fine. You might get pulled as they may flag up on the scanners, however once they see what they are, won’t be a problem. I regularly take my whey, pre, creatine and multis with me when travelling.

Yeah whey does work pretty well. Hmm tempted by casein literally just for deserts now… haha such a fatty! BB.com had 25% off in their sale yesterday, think they extended to today and I’ve got a bit of store credit… Reflex Casein, 1.8kg for less than 20 quid delivered, very tempting!

Had a look at Ben Greenfield’s info on BPC-157. Interesting article! A lot of pissed off people in the comments though seemingly ripped off by suppliers he’s recommended!
Anyone recommend a decent supplier of BPC? Sounds like it might really help post shoulder surgery, will have to discuss with my surgeon and see what he says… if anything at all ha

@Georgie, let me know if you find somewhere for BPC, good luck with the injuries! You’re young enough you should recover easily! Just be sensible, it gets harder further down the line with injuries haha
My upper back is always knotted, I see a good sports therapy masseuse who sorts it out once a month, genuinely feel like it helps and feel a new man after it’s done. Fuckin hurts at the time though which she seems to find hilarious! Reckon she’s in to me really… pmsl

That’s a lot of cals during training! Didn’t even think to try and add in extra during that period. Will definitely be doing that when I go back to bulking. Looked in to HBCD yesterday, had never heard of it lol SO much to learn still!

Pahaha that good is it Robbie?
I often mix whey with 0% greek yog, that’s pretty tasty, especially with butterscotch or maple zero syrups thrown on the top! I get excited just thinking about it.. haha

Sounds like the general consensus is to not waste my money and just eat decent food (as should always be the priority!)

I have no knowledge of BPC at all, care to enlighten and educate me? Save me Googling and potentially reading bro-science?

All very valid points, especially the log book part. I think yesterday’s session I didn’t stop because in my head I was thinking “I’ve got to hit x reps”. I didn’t want to fail and not hit my goals for that session. You’re right though, have to have the discipline to realise when it’s best to step back a second.

Cheers Christoph, I am natural though and aim to keep it that way for a few years yet if I can! 🙂

Sounds like you’re as bad as me when it comes to injuries! :S 3 years injury free is great though 🙂

Uh oh… “discussions” Not happy you’re spending your weekend’s at the gym? Nearly every relationship I’ve had in the last couple of years they’ve complained at some point about the time I spend in the gym, even though I tell them about it from the start lol

Hope the knee is ok! Had a bit of tweak in my back yesterday myself! Gym life eh…

Seems like it’s the week for it, my sleep has been shite too. Also been travelling for work last 2 days and felt it in my session tonight, slow and lethargic.
Cheers for the update again, enjoy reading them!

Cheers for the update mate. Looks like a good workout!
I’ve never used bands, never quite sure how to attach em and it’ll be just my luck one of them snaps or pings off and twats me in the face!
