    Cheers Dean,

    I’ve got a 4 workout rotation and will hit two of them consecutively (Mon, Weds, Fri, Sat) so should hold the boredom off for a little. My plan is to exhaust this over 6-12 months, then switch to Upper/Lower then PPL and so on. Tues and Thurs and Martial Arts training.
    I also want to try and add in a yoga class at some point to help with flexibility and movement. Feel that might be very beneficial!

    Could someone explain the reasoning behind wanting to keep your cardio and weights as separate as possible please? Previously seen advise from guys like Kris Gethin etc saying to get it done after training. Weights, post shake, cardio 15-30 mins. This is ill advised?? Guess it’s whatever works for you?

    Interesting thread!

    I tend to suffer with quite a lot of gas! Occasional bloating but mainly just a lot of farting, just put it down to high protein intake but I’ve always been quite bad with it really!

    Might pick up some of that activated charcoal and see if it helps!

    Girly leg raise… can definitely see that working but also not sure I could bring myself to do it! Shouldn’t care less what other people think but let’s be honest, we all do!
    Also looking for alternatives to add/abductor machine!
