Definitely leave some time after preworkout meal before training. You want the nutrients in but the body primed to get blood in to the muscles and firing on all cylinders! Definitely can’t do this if still digesting.

Focus on rehab and recovery, let it heal some before doing mobility work and pulling at the injury. No reason not to train the other side still – believe Jordan is an advocate of this.
Keep training everything else.
Slowly it’ll all start coming together once body has started repairing.
Might be worth seeing a physio – sports physio who’s used to working with athletes and not general population who have no interest in lifting. -
Well… yeah.
But as mentioned, I’ve been using it for ages, noticed it is sweet but not unpleasantly so. This one is crazy sweet, like sweet to the power of 10. Haha -

I know HCL is sweet tasting?This really is overbearingly sweet though, same dosages as always in the same amount of water and the same other sups… only difference is supplier of Glucosamine Sulphate. It’s all I can put it down to.

Full body is good for beginners but you’re unlikely to be taking everything to failure and utilising proper progressive overload.
Push Pull Legs I feel that I progress best on even if only training 3 days a week. But you’ve got to give every set 100% can’t piss about with fluffy stuff and leaving reps in the tank. Might increase volume slightly if you can only train 3 times.
The big lads and pros might have different advice but that’s just my opinion and how I personally enjoy training. -
