    Ha Thanks Jordan ๐Ÿ™‚
Nice pull session and congrats on the PBs. Hit some on legs myself tonight ????
Slightly grim but I did lose my flow about 3/4 way through by a call of nature…. ????โ€โ™‚๏ธ you ever get that?! Lol
and if so, how do you get back in to your groove if the session is disturbed?

Jordan, I absolutely love your passion and drive. What you are doing for the UK Bodybuilding scene is phenomenal. Yes, it’s a shame about Sas and Luke but everyone has to walk their own path and it’s great that you support them also.
Interesting that James will be leaving Kaged having only recently signed with them, some great loyalty to the JP brand right there and if as you say it is going to be some of the highest end products on the market I can see why he’s made that decision!

Excited to see the team and the brand continue to grow and hopefully get to meet you and Corinne some time soon! Not sure I want to train with you though, I’m too young to die….

Excited for your supplement line though, should be good! ๐Ÿ™‚

Instructions on the bottle are fairly clear? lol I just take 1 before every meal. 2 before meal 1 as it tends to be my biggest.

Yep I would still train. I would try and damage control with drinks choice also, gin, whisky, vodka with light mixers. I sometimes alternate between alcoholic and soft drinks as well.
Or if you are that worried – just don’t drink ๐Ÿ™‚ Stick to soft drinks

Lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, aloe juice and greens powder drink every morning helps with mine ๐Ÿ™‚

I also use digestive aids and pre and pro biotics. Currently using AD Ravenous and a generic brand pre/probiotic

Why are you guys discussing another coaches’ pricing on this log? Seems a bit shitty. Message him on insta or email instead?
I might be bias as I’m with Jamie, he was talking about adjusting his pricing this month but so far I’m happy with what I’m paying and the service he’s providing. I know people that spunk that kind of money in one night on the piss.

Kia have some decent cars to be fair! Rav4 is also a great choice, friend of mind has one of those.

I *almost* bought an RX8 a couple of years a go, can get a lot of car for your money! But I did a little too much reading on them and instead of going with my gut I got too scared by the horror stories lmao

Sorry going off track from the BB but there’s more to life right?! It’s nice to get a bit of an insight behind the genius ๐Ÿ˜‰

Genetics play a part for sure but how much are you putting in to training them?
You say you do 3 sets twice a week. So 6 working sets. Compare that to any other muscle group you’re training, how many working sets do you put in to those? 10? 12? 20?
Nope, can’t see why they don’t grow the same…. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Valid point. I fucking hate talking about this kind of stuff.
I don’t think I’ve ever suffered significantly but definitely been affected a bit, especially since dad passed 2 years ago. A lot of anger and weird emotions that I keep hidden from people, especially the family as they’re more fucked up than I am. My brother is a sensitive little sausage and my mum, well, she was understandably an absolute emotional wreck after losing her husband of over 30 years.
Dad was always the stoic warrior, a rock, a Glaswegian hard man through and through, nae fuckin aboot wi that emotional shite! So when he went, someone had to step up and make sure everyone else is ok, guess that just naturally fell on me but yeah, it’s not easy at times and there’s zero appreciation for it. Lol

Gym is my therapy 100%. I can’t do the whole counselling thing, I think it’s utter bollocks, works well for some people mind but it isn’t for me. If I wasn’t able to train in the gym and my martial arts I likely would have ended up either in jail or extremely depressed and lonely.

I’m also lucky enough to have 1 or 2 extremely close friends that we have been through a lot together and we’ll end up being those grumpy old men perving on the women running in the park while telling the youth of today how lucky they’ve got it. Sorry went off track there, but yeah those couple of people, didn’t need to talk to them about the situation or my feelings but they were just there, would always check in, meet up for coffee etc and just sit and listen if I went off on a bit of a rant. Just as I would and have for them before. It’s important to have these kinds of people in your life and not to shut them out when things get tough.

Fuck I went off on a bit of a long one there, sorry about that!
