Saw your story on the flatpack and did think if you’re struggling to figure it out I’m staying well away! haha

You getting your shoulder issues looked at?

I had surgery on mine in January, slowly coming back now and starting to see some strength improvements now. Just takes time.
I’ve done months of rehab and bullshit boring exercises to build it back up. Frustrating and tedious but without it I’d be in a bad way now. Still not 100%, likely about 80% but so much better, still some strength issues and certain angles, a few more months and should be all good πŸ™‚

Whoever you’re using for Prep, use for Off-Season. Build that relationship and trust with your coach and you will get the results πŸ™‚

Exactly as above, you’ve got a barbell, plates and dumbbells. Literally all you need really for an intense, solid, basic pull session.

I would go and check out Kaged Muscle Athlete Michael Wittig – he posts up loads of home workout stuff with bands etc. He’s just about to release a new program through KM, all free. He also competes at a high natural level. Worth a look πŸ™‚

150-200 calories (for the small bottles) that could be better spent on actual food rather than a drink.

If you were going to have these, around your workout would be best so you can utilise the carbs better.

Keep fluids up, that’s all you can and need to do. You won’t lose much, if any, muscle mass in just a few days, although from the loss in water weight etc you’ll feel you have.
Once you’re feeling better and start eating again it’ll only take 2 or 3 days to be right as rain again and back to your usual self πŸ™‚

Fuck me, everything you post blows my mind and I have to re-read everything at least twice to try and get my head around it. My intelligence and knowledge is *SEVERELY* lacking.
Please stop making me feel so stupid.

Anyhow, how’s the neck doing? Still doing that traction stuff? Remembered about yours because mine is playing up today and damn sore. Haha

Nah they put a story out on Insta, it’s not the same as JPs, more like an online BB mag, a lot more articles and inteviews and the like and various show footage including backstage stuff.
    Should be good.
Plenty of room on teh interwebz and Bodybuilding for both πŸ™‚

And going from JPs previous posts and the way he comes across, I expect he wishes nothing but success for Luke in anything he does!

Something I also struggle with, started using Smith machine a lot more on mid-high incline as JDH suggests, some slow sets followed by a normal tempo top set, getting a really good connection there now, still fuckin tiny but at least I can feel it pretty well and the DOMS suggest I’m hitting the right area in the right way!

What pre are you using? Might still be digesting at that time, what is your preworkout meal? Might need to leave it a little longer than 60 mins.

I actively avoid people and companies that post things like that in their stories, it’s childish and negative. Soon as people post shit like that up it just smacks of jealously and bitterness. I’m sure he’s doing very well for himself so why talk down on others trying to create something? Who gives a fuck how they market their product, don’t like it? Don’t buy it.

You’re hardly going to make a product and state “It’s mediocre at best, just about the same as anything else on the market” of course you’re going to state it’s the best, the difference here is, JP, Dr Dean etc know what the fuck they’re talking about and judging by the content provided by the whole team so far, which IS some of the best out there, you can pretty much guarantee these products are going to be pretty fucking high up there!

I’m sticking with a coach through my “off season” as I’ve never had a coach before and it’s good to have that guidance, I’m very new to all this, still natural and not yet competed so having someone basically help me through it is great.
Expensive yes, but I feel worth it.

If you’re experienced enough and know what you’re looking at and how to progress and grow appropriately then there is likely no need.
