Thank you for the advice. It’s like bubble wrap popping under the skin only on the one side too. Will book in to a physiotherapist to get it checked out thanks Haider

In my first year back i started upper, lower, full body EOD as advised by Jordan, then when i was back into the swing of things Push, pull, legs EOD. Just go with what feels right for yourself. If you find you’re tired try training EOD but if you can train at the same volume and intensity go 3 on 1 off.

I like Test E just for the fact that you don’t have various Esters with different half lifes like it will be the case with Sustanon. I just like keeping it at simple as possible and Test E does this for me.

Thats exactly why I was thinking TestE only. 1 ester easy to regulate plus less pinning only twice a week mon thurs. Thanks for the response

Looking in unreal condition. Can’t wait to see what you’ll look like on stage. Where and what is the comp you’ve entered? Also quick question stair master do you got for total step count? time? or floors? also what pace do you climb at nice and steady or change speeds etc? I tried it out for the 1st time today and didn’t really know what to aim for. Cheers

Haider, what would be your best advice for someone starting from scratch after a year out? i’m following a training and diet plan by JP hoping to step on stage 2020. how long after you started training did you first step on stage? im aiming for mens physique first then add mass and move up in classes in the future.

Looking forward reading through your log and following your progress. When filling out JP’s questionaire for my Training and Diet Plan your picture and general build was what I sent to Jordan saying my target for 2020 is to have a physique like yourself. Best of luck for your pro card this year i’ll be following you log closely.
