If you divide the cooked amount by 2.5, that will give you a raw amount to use. Whether it’s a 100% accurate conversion to the gram won’t matter, I just stay consistent with that method.

Im the same as u. I prefer to weigh carbs dry weight but coach has given me cooked weight. I can now find out the dry weight I need

Brill thank u so much Clare. I always like to weigh out my meat and fish cooked then my rice uncooked so carbs are consistent and I cook my meats in bulk due to work shifts
