You tell me, I eat mine based on digestion . So what do I think? That’s not relevant , what do you think? Do you feel good going into training ? , questions like this I like because it really allows me to flip this question which is what I want a lot of people to do. When it comes to a personal thing – order you eat your meals, food choices , timings – what anyone else thinks is totally not relevant at alllllllll . If someone told me that whey and almond butter is a bad pre workout meal I would laugh and then go train hard and feel good

that’s a good answer jordan. too many carbs pre workout make be feel sluggish. protein and fat I have always like pre training

Atm whey and almond butter , I like something really light on my stomach because of my ibs. Even when I get really close to comps and am hungry I still usually don’t change that to a whole meal , that’s the only one that usually stays a light meal for me , energy depending at the end I may move some berries into the meal

Hey Becky I don’t see anything wrong with eating organ meats but I do think that a balanced diet trumps an 1 food group diet xx

I think if you like liver and similar organ meats, then eat them!

agree with u corrine. I’ve included organ meats a couple times a week for one they are cheap and two they are full of nutrients

I agree with you hilly. I like to eat all the macronutrients. I still follow the diet u done previously for me and I never get tired of eating the same foods. keeping things basic is the easiest way to get results. I do include liver a couple of times a week now for the good nutrients

what are the best supps to take to bring down blood glucose post workout to take in the carbs better as mine is around 5.0mmol/L to 5.1mmol/L and sometimes 4.9mmol/L.
