    Progress is always superb , but genuinely I don’t think the question matters , because bodybuilding takes a decade to get big big anyways , so diet / push up , keep trying to get crazy strong , eventually you will be huge . That’s it , simple .

    No idea / nor care buddy , it’s irrelevant , just keep going ( this is a small person question lol , people with muscle never ask this as we don’t care , as we know each push up we get x amount of muscle , )

    Perfect session for me today , my tricep pushdown has improved so much , will keep hammering away . I’m seeing nice PO despite the slow dieting down which is superb

    Hi Jordan, do you think that the PO during your slow dieting down means you’re also building muscle during the diet ? Or just neurological adaptations ?

    Half of the problem here if I am guessing right, will be set up and execution which is always my first go to . Most of the time of a body part is lagging is because we don’t know how to train it. Then obviously we can look at the frequency and volume aspect .

    But Adding more volume on top of less quality volume is a good way to just add more fatigue, without an additional stimulus for muscle growth.

    So, before just adding more. Really try to make sure each rep is quality.

    Then, if you can honestly say each rep is quality, the increasing volume is a consideration if the stimulus needs to increase only then .

    I will try to fix my form then as I don’t think it’s as perfect as it could be. Also do you think I should up my rep range? I have been doing 5-8 reps for arms because I like lifting heavy. Do you think I should up the reps to like 8-12 so it’s easier to have better form?[/quote]
    From my personal anecdotal experience I tend to have better form for arms with above 8-10 rep range. It’s easier for me to lose my form with like 4-6 reps becuase other muscles tend to automatically join and take the load out of the arms.
    But try for yourself, there’s guys like Jordan who can use low rep range for arms perfectly fine

    Energy is loooow today. I’d say the only part of prep I feel any kind of suffering

    Wide grip pull downs 4 x 10-15

    Close underhand pull downs 4 x 10-15

    Single pull downs 4 x 8-15

    Low row doubles 4 x 8-15

    Bb bent over row 3 x 8-10

    Db row 3 x 10-12

    Rope crunches 4 x 10-20

    Hi Sas! Wanted to ask, when you write you do let’s say 4×10-15 that means four sets of 10-15 reps but with what intensity? Are you taking them all to failure ? Or like pyramid up each set and fail on the last set ? Or maybe straight sets for all ? Thanks!!🙏🏻
