Should I add around 20 minutes post workout.

Currently I’m eating around 2100 calories 12-14000 steps a day and 40 mins cardio 3 times a week. I was aiming to get down to about 68kg.

I forgot to mention that I switched to upper lower for the last 5 weeks due to hamstrings and lats weren’t recovering and my pressing was stalling.

You will not loose muscle in one day.
But -1kg per week is a bit fast; are you in a state where u hold much fat tissue or that’s ok ?
You can take also fasted weight tomorrow
Fasted weight saturday
And if saturday you notice a big drop i would refeed saturday
But taking the risk of increasing carbs tomorrow without noticing a weight drop I wouldn’t
I wouldn’t say that I’m holding on to much fat tissue I’m relatively lean (visible abs) I’ve been progressing all of my lifts my pressing took a bit of a hit but in all my previous diets pressing has always struggled. I’m 4 weeks in to my diet 4.5kg down.

I believe the links above should work.
If they do I’m thinking about another 2 months of pushing currently 76.8 kg. I’m just curious to how long you guys recon it would take for me to get lean lean. Any tips and advice are welcome. -
