If it’s only this exercise that you’re having problems with, then it may simply be a technique issue.

Rather than ignore it, I’d be inclined to go and see a therapist to see what’s going on and potentially have someone look at your technique.

    Thank you will do

    Hi mate

Is there anything else that aggravates the hip?

If it’s as minor as a week without RDLs can let it settle, that’s a decent call, but I’d always be wary, for longevity’s sake, of ignoring something that’s causing you discomfort

Get yourself in to see a sports therapist mate

It feels more like in the back of my hamstring rather than in my gluten and hip

Jp whey is amazing easy to mix tastes great only question is how much water or milk do I add?

    ——-
As much or as little as you like, depending on whether you prefer a thicker or runnier shake. You could just add a very small amount of water if you like and eat it as a paste. It’s purely down to your own preference. You can also mix the powder directly into foods such as cooked oats, Cream of Rice or yoghurt for example.

If it’s causing you that much discomfort, I would cut it out for a while and see how you feel.
