Bit random but in your videos is the music on in the gym or is it added? Is it dance ? Love the music and vids pop music at my gym

@thp I can only train three days a week so not easy and I am 42 now!!

@Dan I think it gets trickier when u get bigger and stronger as easier to overtrain.for the majority i think they have to train with more volume as when u aren’t as strong I don’t think the intesityy is there. I would like to know how all these bigger stronger guys trained to get to the size they are now not how they are training now?

@thp what routine would u recommend ? I agree I have tried training the way the systems jp recommends. On here how do u train and does it work for you? I have also trained dc style but doesn’t work for me? Perhaps it works for easy gainers and people on gear I am natural
