Hi buddy just watched your push workout do u always program push in this way? Full chest workout dips then shoulders and finish off arms? I am only asking as Jordan programs his a little different chest compound shoulder compound triceps compound chest iso Delts iso triceps iso. Do u feel this works better for u?

More volume I would add side delt work more back work

@jdh I wish I could buddy with my shift times and living in Devon there is one decent gym in 30 miles nothing else and not very gym times all I can do. Were do u live bud? Do I do push pull legs with a bit more volume as everything is getting hit once a week? Did u have a good session?
