@baptist85 do u recomend one set to failure on ppl? what do u do to progress? i usually do 5-8 reps to failure then back off set 10-15 reps?

@cameron fullbody bias? is the frewuency more important or volume? i can only train 3 days together so 3 fullbody workouts doesnt work i dont recover

@baptist85 i struggle to recover from my sessions and my gym is crap opening hrs so only days i can train is my days off work. i am goin2 give push pull legs a go and see if it works for me would u recomend push pull legs to anyone?

@baptist85 how many days a week do u train? i do upper lower upper most weeks as i train 3 days a week
