@JohnG problem is most weeks I can only train 3 days together other weeks it’s 2 days together with no off days? upper lower do u think? @johngarrett

@johngarrett Yeah my body can’t cope with full body workouts upper lower splits maybe the way to go ? As can’t get through a full body workout

@Sam yes bud I do full body 2 sets per exercise I per bodypart 2 for back 1 for width one for thickness what would u suggest?
