    @baptist85 problem is I can only train 3 on 4 off 1 week 2 on 2 off 1 on 2 off following week so full body destroys me what do u think? @baptist85

    @JohnG problem is most weeks I can only train 3 days together other weeks it’s 2 days together with no off days? upper lower do u think? @johngarrett

    @johngarrett Yeah my body can’t cope with full body workouts upper lower splits maybe the way to go ? As can’t get through a full body workout

    @Sam yes bud I do full body 2 sets per exercise I per bodypart 2 for back 1 for width one for thickness what would u suggest?

    @James Hollingshead one week I have to train 3 days together following other weeks it’s 2 on 2 off 1 on thank u @James hollingshead because of the rotation and 3 on hard to recover ibappreciat your time
