Adding to this thread – if running PPL and UL after, would it be okay to say the Upper and Lower sessions would be the equivalent to a second rotation of PPL? I hope that makes sense

Sorry I didnt realise this had been replied to in depth on the duplicate post

This is interesting. How is your actual sleep at night? Could possibly be due to poor sleep and not feeling rested as well as the combination with your first meal? I had this a while ago but after I fixed my sleep at night it was so much better.
I also thought it was my first meal and a possible blood sugar related issue but when I took a look at my sleep data I realised this was the root issue.

Awesome. One question. Was your first year of uni online? If so, have you thought about how you will handle everything when you return and some stuff may be in person again? I.e having to train at different times on different days, prepping meals instead of making them as and when meal times approach etc? I just finished first year and to be honest online learning meant bodybuilding had 100% focus and attention as everything ran on my schedule (train same time everyday, fasted cardio, less prepping meals and more freshly cooked meals). Just wondering what your approach will be towards adjustments
So, to be honest I agree. Online uni was perfect for bodybuilding.
Luckily my contact time is quite low. But I will aim to train 2:30 or 5pm
This means I will have three routines. One for a rest day. One for a training day at 2:30 and one for a training day at 5pm. Changing nutrition accordingly.
Whilst on prep I will prioritise prep. But in October when I finish prep I will rest establish this three day routine. Means I have a strict routine for any sort of day possible.
Meal time won’t change. As I spoke to my lecturers and they said I was able to eat when I needed a they’re under standing. [/quote]
That makes perfect sense. My Uni hasnt yet confirmed wether my course will be online or in person etc so once I know ill adopt a similar approach. Thanks?? -
