The detail you go into with responses like this is one of the reasons I knew I wanted you to coach me. As I said to you a while ago, some logs are like daily routine planners, some logs are like mini education portals. Ill leave that there.

Glad you came to that conclusion haha. It’s not just the panel you need to look at with supplements, but their quality and how much your body can assimilate from said product.
Take protein for example – tuna is far less bio-available to your body than steak or whole eggs say. Just because a product brags of it’s ‘high’ doses doesn’t mean squat if your body can’t use it. Notice that with a lot of curcumin products they don’t have any form of black pepper extract, which is an important staple to get the full benefit.

Did some more reading and looking at dosages and it seems night and day so case closed, ill carry on using JP Ohmega

With supplements like these, how significant is the margin between jp oh-mega and bulkpowders omega.
bulkpowders per 1000mg softgel:
EPA 180mg
DHA 120mg
As a student being able to budget supplements is important but if its worth spending slightly more ill also reconsider.

Yep that would be a good starting point bud. Are the food choices you have got at the moment sitting well? What are steps like currently (average)?

From here I would prefer to see you diet down and get leaner before trying to grow. It will be much more efficient as you will be more insulin sensitive and responsive to food. How long have you been on these current macros and have you seen and increasing/decreasing trends with weigh ins?

Have you got current pictures? What is body composition like? If you havent trained at all during lockdown and want to grow you will be better off priming your body to efficiently enter a surplus by dieting down first and getting a bit leaner. However this will ultimately depend on current body composition.

Need more info bud – current goals. Current body composition. How deep into offseason if in a surplus. Would be good to see actual meals and food choices too.
