270.3 , I’m still dropping fairly fast , today is the first day in a bit I didn’t like the look on wake , it was just soft / flat looking , I don’t want to adjust cals , so will make that test bump to 40/day and eq to 180/day , should bring things up just a touch as I continue to drop.
So this has me at now :
150 tren
180 eq
40 prop
15 gh
I won’t go higher on the eq now , the next couple bumps to last me the next few weeks will just be test , and then when I hit 265 ish which I want in about 3 weeks , I will push that test up fairly high to then get as full as I possibly can to protect everything while I then keep pushing down.
No more low rep work in legs , my knees are still sore , will stick to 8-10 as lowest stuff , I will keep the pivot leg press widowmaker in every session too now as that blows them up like crazy .
I’m still on track imo for a 260 ish finished look.
Plus side , very happy with midsection this morn

Evening guys !! Tough day today. Fuck. Cardio draggged like crazy. Woke up dry tho and feel wasted so I must be super close haha. But anyway got my bits done and then I’ve been daddy day care all day. 2 kids and a puppy! ????. Perfect at 10 days out haha. Wow. Anyway. Push day tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. Going to go through some posing and try some shorts on too tomorrow for the first time this prep. ????????. Will add today’s check in pics.

Okay, what dose do u need on 250 mg ew?

I dont use an AI with 250mg, actually I cruise with 250 e5d and no AI. as my gyno lumps got removed, I react way less to estrogen. Dont know why, but my e2 is much much lower then with my lumps. I just like to use 12,5 eod when I start blasting again.

Okay fair! But will it be better to use adex when I only need like 1mg ew -/25mg aromasin ew? So like 0,5×2 with my to 125mg x2 ew test e shots? Or can I do 12,5 e3d?

Nah, I mean e3d is too long for aro due to the short halflife. I feel a bit weird on e3d, seemed to unstable for me. E2d 12,5 and I‘m okay ????
