12,5mg aldactone seems like very little.Hey buddy it is very little but it will be adjusted daily
today we have introduced an additional 12.5 taking it to 25 for today
this is a totally different approach than in used too
today was last training day I believe as tomorrow I have been prescribed a rest day plan
50 carbs per a meal average
in flying so obviously water is controlled as is food
we also have some more aldactone going in tomo and some diazide in the a.m
I’ll be sure to post exact when it’s finalised
we will be drinking average 200 to 300ml water with meals so water is controlled from 3 days out this show as well as food intake

I would first alter my dosing schedule as stated above.
Then I would look to use low dose nolva or aromasin.
Aromasin 12.5mg twice a week n monitor_________________________________________

Depends on how high and how I was dosing my TRT.
You can adjust this to help reduce estrogen etc also. There many ways to do this to keep things right and allow for minimal drugs.
I prefer to dose my TRt in smaller more frequent injects as find this keeps estrogen lower than bigger bolus doses._________________________________________

Think of it this way.
every drug you put in your body stresses it and also costs you money.
Based on this we want to use as little drugs as needed.
A cruise is to make the body as healthy as possible.
Based on this adding in a drug that you don’t no you need makes no sense to me at all.
To add the aim of a cruise if possible is to work out how to keep your test in range or just above while keeping all other markers in range with no other drugs IF possible_________________________________________

Because of the half life of Aromasin is 2 times ew nonsense. And mostly with 200 mg test no need for an Ai. Wait 4 weeks and go for bloodwork. And take action from the bloodwork results.
Would 6,25 x3 ew be better?
