Yo yo guys tomorrow I’ll update you with my full off season diet. We’ve done in straight away around 5k kcals on a training day purely to try and utilise this rebound phase as effectively as possible and also I’m stay on (an amended) cycle. I’ll post current cycle below – will run this for a total of 7 weeks post show until going onto a cruise. Feeling good – nice and full, strong, and still lean ????

so this week so far has been decent
cruising on 400 test , 100 mast e and 2 Aromasin a week
just tidied up the diet so been able to reintroduce hgh at 2iu in the am pre cardio
still doing low intensity as I did previous off season.. it worked so why not..
sitting at 275 now. my body returns to this weight with out much of a push
hopefully now strength starts to reapply begin to pic up with this additional bodyweight
t4 still present at 100mcg pre bed
other than that that’s pretty much it
actually running mps only intra atm as I’ve been eating large amounts so won’t reintro CARBS intra just yet.
that will come when I decide to push harder as I’ll reintro slin at the same time
saving myself for when it’s needed as I want this Off Season to be progressive and the bodyweight to increase over time.
so step by step I’ll introduce what’s need to make the changes my body needs
we actually have begun to slightly scale back leg sessions again
throwing in intensifies and limiting the amount of sets but being way more accurate in what we do actually do
our main lift is now the v squat and we won’t perform more than 1 all out set on there per a workout now as I want that lift to climb dramatically. always found led a sets done the stronger under when it is Time to go at it again
… this is where the pivotal rep system Jordan is currently writing on comes into plan.. management of sets and reps….ensuring recovery before any thing

What would u use of dose (aromasin) if u was running 350-437,5mg test on prep? do u loose sexdrive, and what would u use (dose aromasin) to just look good and not not crashing e2 to much?

267 for me this morn, tidying up well! I have some Dhb which I will be introducing , it’s been forever I have wanted to give it a fair run. I think already I don’t like the extra test, I wanted to see how that felt but it’s still not for me as I’m distended from it! I think when leaner it would be good. But I’m too soft to handle that amount. So I think the 420 test/ 420 eq balance, brings me the best fullness, without being too much water , like earlier in the year ???? , I had mast at 420 then too and primo was 1g . But instead of primo I think 700dhb would be amazing. So will roll with that.
T3 at 25 still , gh back upto 6 , as lowering test. Aromasin half eod . Will run bloods on Estro in a few weeks to see where that holds me , as earlier in the year I defo ran half Ed , but will see what half eod does in terms
Of extra fullness , water , strength and how that impacts appetite etc .
As always, constant reaction. Constantly re evaluating the look, the feel, the reaction to the drugs. Nothing is set in stone ????

I used t3 at 50 last year’s shows I believe and from them realised how much I flatter off hense why this year I was much more reserved .. you can get peeled with as little as 12.5 but 25mcg seems adequate and easy ish on the body

Ben there is a eq vs nandrolone video and a primo video. Have a watch of those . They have particular applications : test and eq bring fullness – I like these a lot when dieting . When ur already soft , these 2 are just going to make u softer and heavier. When lean as hell , a gram of test if your a super heavy weight , looks insane. Offseason nandrolone I feel is a better choice, much less water . If you read back this log covers my views in full . My fav look in a diet has been a test / eq combo at 420 each, and fav offseason as a bigger guy has been nandrolone only

Pre blast was 300 test , 200 eq , 100 mast
Prior to tbe nandrolone run, I did 420 test, 420 eq , as aromatising compounds and loved that look. I want to compete if a little more test , and a little less eq , is a better look , or worse look. EVERYTHING I do is about gathering info ???? , then relying to you guys what I establish. My guess, is I will prefer the slightly lower test, but we shall see if the extra fullness is better. To add , I do not have a single view that’s rigid , I do stuff and discuss and do diff things and discuss. Then it’s upto you guys what you do with the info ????
