I have been following Adam o Machy for a while. Not sure if I convey his views correctly but I think
1. He likes to preach about DUP ie daily undulating periodisation. When I did a quick Google, I don’t see anyone who says that it is more superior than other forms of periodisation. Wonder what’s your take on it with regards to muscle hypertrophy
2. He also likes to advocate one should do dead lifts I suppose he means conventional in order to grow big backs and that all those isolation ex that biomechanics advocates about single arm lat pulldown is less superior. Quoting anecdotal evidence of big boys bb in the past who do deadlifts. But contrasting this to biomechanics advocates who say that deadlifts have poor stimulus to fatigue ratio.
3. Lastly I wonder if you could point out any good resources to learn about peaking too. I think it is rather interesting concept
