Joe , Jordan has covered this in previous pages in his log. Have a read buddy. I believe Jordan cut his test down because it was making him feel shit where as somone like Luke gets on well with high test.

I think I could be one of them then. When i came off my last cycle I cruised for 12 weeks got bloods done and my prolactin was way out. I was told on here that it was because I did not keep my E in range when I was blasting. I think this time I should run prolactin throughout but at the same time if prolactin is suppressed to much then again this could cause problems. Fuck this is hard to get right. I remember years ago I could run test and tren how I want with not one problem

I was under the impression that as long as estrogen is kept in check then prolactin should not be put out of range

Jordan how do you deal with your body being beat up. I know you deload ect but do you use a foam roller or anything like that. I’m finding my body is constantly sore from my PPL routine

Hi Luke. Loving your content and the videos are serious motivation! Can I just ask how come you do not train with such strict slow form as Jordan. I know your form is bang on but is there a reason that it isn’t quite the same as Jordan. Would you recommend somone to train with your form and that only somone of Jordan’s weight should go after those super slow reps. Cheers

Jordan. Correct me if a I am wrong but I don’t recall seeing you ever do a dumbbell fly on any of your past push sessions. Is there a reason for this ? Is not doing say a db incline fly after a flat db press then a high incline for shoulders benifical
