Jordan I know your eating mostly chicken and rice right now which I’m assuming your able to cook and eat hot. If you wasn’t able to eat your meals hot and say worked in the plumbing trade like me what kinds of foods would you eat. Cold chicken and rice is getting so boring and tastes like shit even with seasoning. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. My estrogen levels are in good range it was only my prolactin that is out. What do you mean by saying if estrogen is kept under control prolactin will not be an issue. Thanks

Sas thanks for such detailed answered from all the questions. It’s good your taking the time to go really in depth.
Would you mind posting up your training day diet. It would be good to see how much your eating and at what times ECT.
Thanks
Ben

Sas would it be OK if you would put up any changes in your food choices if or when they change. I like seeing what people like yourself are eating as it gives me ideas as I seem to stick to the same foods.
Also you said that you and Jordan train for 2-3 hours. I’m curious how it last this long as your training on paper looks pretty low volume. Is because of rest periods ? I also train PPL but I’m finished in about an hour. I’m wondering if I might be rushing it. Cheers Ben

Hi Sas
So good that you have got your own forum thread. I will be following this closely as yourself and JP are a true inspiration to me with your attitude and approach to training.
One question though hope it hasn’t been answered already. What’s the reason for having no carbs on rest days ?
Thanks Ben

Hi Jordan
Are you still using D4 as your preferred lab ?
Also do you ever implement a drop set or superset later in your workout for max blood flow as a kind of widow maker so to speak.
Thanks
Ben

Hi Jordan
After watching your when to Deload video witch very good I was wondering would you still Deload if you was in a calorie deficit ? I’ve been training your style of progressive over load and beating my log book for a good 12 weeks now with all my number going in the right direction however now I have entered a cruise phase and I’m eating In a calorie deficit my strength has stalled and my body does feel a bit best up. Would you still advise a Deload week with light training. Thanks

I one of your videos you said to choose 3 different workouts for PPL which I have done. When if ever do you decide to then change these workouts and choose different exercises.
