Hi Jordan
If you felt your physique had a lagging body part how would you go about bringing that body part up. For me it’s my tri’s. I train PPL and alternate exercises but my tri’s are crap. Have you ever been able to relate to this and if so how did you deal with it.

Jordan as we are aware you use clen however when entering a cut phase of your prep and you feel you really need to knock some lbs down have you ever tinkered with DNP. it’s seems like this is getting popular with younger people ect wanting shred weight quickly. Obviously DNP can be very dangerous so it would be good to get your take on it and maybe even do a video on it as I feel people could benefit from your knowledge on weather to use it or not. Hi Jordan me again lol. Love this thread I am learning so much. I to am very interested in your cycle choice as to me it looks very good however the above comments regarding cycle advise is very interesting. In this group we are all apart of it is now being said that you should run tren ect higher then test and just use minimum test for sexual function. I’ve always run my tren higher then test with great results just like people have always done in past history. Jordan what’s your thoughts on this. Thanks Ben

Hi Jordan it was me who asked the diet question. If you dont change your diet but start stripping out food and decreasing calories where is your starting point to decrease food ect. Thanks Ben
