    It was high initially, however before I went onto the current cycle I brang it back into range. this next test will be the first while on cycle. erreftions are poor which I’ve experienced before with high prolactin. only other thing I’m thinking is If I’ve crashed my e2 as I am using adex 0.5mg every 3rd day @hilly

    was you using an AI on your cycle. I would of though your e2 would of been much higher. your prolactin is pretty high although still in range.

    Me personally I could not get away with training every day. My body would be toast. I prefer 2on 1off. As for volume in your workouts if I’m reading correctly are you doing 18 sets for chest plus drop sets and rest pauses before you’ve even got to shoulders ? if that is the case I cant help but think maybe your leaving a LOT in the tank and not going to true faliure in your sets. personally i could not get anywhere near those numbers after going balls out

    Hello sir , sir can you guide me I m really confused from so many years that how to become big and dense , sir I m on high calorie diet near to 4000 and on anabolics also , sir I do heavy training every sessions then also sir I remain small , sir you are very big and dense like your delts , arms , chest , back , legs everything so big and dense , what’s the secret behind it

    Shuzef there is a whole forum for you to put your question in and for people to answer your question. Your either not in a surplus or your training is not adequate. Or your someone who is expecting to look like jordan within a year! It still amazes me how many people comment on Jordan’s log with off topic questions when it clearly says no off topic questions. Come on people show some respect.

    I don’t understand the logic behind adding another set to an exercise the following week when you could of quite easily done that additional set the week prior. With progressively heavier weights the goal is to attempt to lift more weight or the same weight for more reps the following week, which could NOT have been done the week prior. Just seems that adding another set doesn’t prove true genuine progression, it’s basically just doing an additional set whereas lifting more weight, providing form isn’t sacrificed, does prove true progression.

    I agree with what your saying but the said trainer believes you do not have to 1 get stronger to get bigger and 2 you do not need to go to failure either
