I personally agree for me anyway that a loading set and a back off set is 1 more fun and 2 surely more beneficial to get stronger and better a your selected exercises

Thanks for the answers guys your all a massive help. Cardio will have to stay in post workout due to getting kids ready for school and taking them to there nans then I’m on site for 8am so no time in the mornings except on a Saturday. ????

Yep second this my priority would be getting a job. I wouldn’t care what it was doing as long as I was bringing in a wage. That way you can find a better job while your working. Secondly I would go to college and get a qualification in something that you feel you could do as a job ie plumbing or electrics. Stick it out for 3 years and you will never look back!! Your be earning shit money to begin with and most probably your mates will be buying cars and cloths ect however once you get past a apprenticeship your be set up for life! Your one day be buying cars and houses and the mates that spunked there money when they was young because they had a full time jobs with no future are the same ones that don’t really go anywhere. How do I know that because I was one of them. Now I am 34 and half way through my plumbing qualification. Yes it’s not to late but if I done this at your age I would of brought a house by now. So get your head down get a job and get to colleague then the rest of your life will

To be honest I’m still enjoying ppl legs but not sure if it is set up correctly. What would you say the best number of sets per workout would be. I seem to recover well although maybe delts are still sore sometimes when it comes to the next push session.
Push – 2 sets main chest 2 main shoulder 2 main tricep 2 pec dec 2 side delts 2 front delts 2 triceps isolation
Pull 10 sets for back 1 drop set for traps 2 sets for rear delts 2 sets biceps
Legs 12-14!sets for legs 1 rest pause calf’s
Calf’s and abs are trained every session. 3 rotations for PPL. How does this look guys ?
