What type of cardio does Chris prescribe you? What’s the incline and speed he generally goes for or is it up to you?

2 days out. 235.5. Prep low. Can’t remember looking this lean. Ever lol.

Food is higher today. 500g today so up 200g. Days and carbs the same.

Trained upper body pump today. Last session of the week.

Got 2 meals left, Chris wants pictures and weight before my last meal before he decide wether to give me anymore aldactone or leave it

When though I’m at my lightest, I don’t look flat. Still look very round. Upper body arms and lats holding so well

The heavier , lower rep training has definitely helped this prep

I removed gh 1.5 weeks ago before flying to vegas and left it out.

I also don’t use anadrol , winny etc the last couple days before a show

Why do you cut orals before the show? I figured most people run them into the show? Digestion or you just feel you look tighter?

3 days out. So I should be writing this in vegas but my airline had different plans lol. Due to delays I missed my connecting flight so I’m stuck in Amsterdam airport and have been since yesterday. Next flight to vegas is tonight.

No luggage so no meals , no scales etc.

This has happened to me before this summer and I won that show being Toronto.

Times like this , I see a lot of guys freak out and panic. I think staying relaxed and just focusing on what you can do rather can’t helps a lot. I thrive under pressure and disaster so no doubt I’ll still be at my best 🙂

So not much to report. Been getting protein /veg meals when I can but options aren’t great at this hotel they’ve put me in.

Will just do my work. Work on learning and reading more on a different venture I’ve been focusing on the wait for my flight this evening

Will report back when when I’m hopefully in vegas

I travel a lot, and the easiest way I’ve found to eat in your situation is to stop by a grocery store and grab 0% Greek yogurt, pre-cooked chicken breast, rice cakes, and some 90/10 dark chocolate. The packaging usually lists how much protein is in the whole pack of chicken (usually around 20–30g), and it’s easy to track rice cakes and chocolate squares by piece. I’m sure you’ve already figured most of this out, but this method makes it super simple to track without a food scale.

300 test would be enough for what your doing. There are also other compounds.

What other compounds would you recommend?

I’ve always gone off the advise from athletes on here, so be amazing to learn more!

I always stuck to test & primo or mast to minimise impact to my cardiovascular system for Rolling in BJJ and running those hyrox[/quote]

I’d just throw in some EQ until you can source more primo, it may even improve your BJJ due to the increased red blood cells.

Thanks for sharing your experience. May I ask which other forums you use for information?

I did a lot of research a few years ago, not as much now but I’ve always used various reddit subs, professional muscle, J3 University, podcasts etc. Honestly with this compound I feel just buying a single vial and doing a small test run is ideal rather than buying a full cycles worth, I usually start feeling it around week 3-4 at least visually and the strength just kinda appears out of nowhere. If you don’t get the body inflammation and PIP it really is an awesome compound, I feel it’s MUCH stronger than primo at even 1/3rd the dose.

I’m probably one of the few who has run this compound consistently over the years. Personally, I’ve found it offers a solid strength boost and noticeable visual improvements. Even during a cutting phase, I manage to maintain decent muscle fullness, which is a big plus for me—especially since I don’t respond well to Tren.

On my first cycle, I went up to 500–600 mg, which, in hindsight, was way too much. From my experience, this compound works best at lower doses—somewhere between 100–300 mg max. I’d say the sweet spot is around 150 mg. To minimize post-injection pain (PIP), I started doing daily injections and mixing DHB with other oils. While you might still get some mild PIP occasionally, it’s far more manageable. Just don’t go injecting a full 1 mL into your quad unless you want to be limping for a week or more.

I’ve had multiple blood panels done since 2022, and interestingly, my high-sensitivity inflammation markers have always remained surprisingly low. I don’t drink, use recreational drugs, and I prioritize sleep, which I’m sure contributes to that.

The one thing I would caution is to keep an eye on your C-reactive protein (CRP) levels—especially HSCRP. If you’re planning to run DHB, get bloodwork done around the 8-week mark. Some users respond very well to DHB, while others don’t. For example, Roman Fritz once told me a friend of his developed jaundice after running a gram of DHB. I’ve also seen forum posts where users reported liver issues and elevated inflammation markers—usually at doses over 500 mg.

Personally, I believe DHB is best used at lower doses or as a third compound in a stack. It still delivers great visual results and seems to aid in nutrient partitioning—I could handle significantly more carbs while on it.

There’s also speculation that some users might be getting oral DHB mislabeled as injectable raw, which could explain the variation in side effects. I can’t verify this, but it’s worth considering.

Thanks for all the replies guy’s, ended up going with the Triple Chocolate iso and custard / salted caramel / chocolate fudge for the cream of rice.

Now we hope my gear and food all arrives on time, I’m from Canada so I just ordered some ROHM’s to the hotel and hoping it’s decent.

I’m actually in Sheffield, I think I’m like 20 minutes from Kuba’s gym so I might go check it out as well if I have time.

I found when I was younger it didn’t matter what I did I would have a puffy face, now that I’m older I can run test really high without an ai and my face looks lean unless I do a huge cheat meal or something that makes me retain a lot of water. I don’t recommend this for long periods of time but popping 20mg of winny for 2-3 days before an event where you want to look better at will really bring the jaw back if you are still lean, for me at least but you don’t want to be running winny for an entire cycle obviously.

Trained legs, my gym is 1 hour time limit and I’ve been rushing my warm ups to fit everything in and I pulled a muscle in my glute and now I can barely sit 😀

I’m not sure if you use one already but if you don’t I highly recommend getting an air fryer, so much easier to get the food down when it tastes amazing. Ground meat rolled into meat balls right now makes it so easy to eat, can even cook your salmon in that bad boy.

I don’t have an answer to the specifics of what worked for me because I hit myself with every available option I could after I herniated my back squatting before quarantine. I read and watched every video by Dr Stuart Mcgill, listened to advice from Chris Duffin and Stan efferding and went from having shooting nerve pain squatting 225 to squatting 455 for 10 this week, it took time and was frustrating but I found doing nothing only made it worse ( I tried taking a complete break from the gym for 14 days ).

    What I did?
Dr Mcgills big 3 and lots of walking throughout the day ( 45-120 mins average daily )
    Childs pose
Used a lacrosse ball to get the knots out of my glutes / quads / hammies / calves
Took an Epsom salt bath every day ( no idea if this does anything )
Strengthend my hip flexors and Psoas muscle ( rolled this one out as well )
Started doing a lot of hip mobility work before squats ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EN6HAheRHYQ ) and would always do 135 for 3 sets of 20 before upping the weight, put the pins on the rack higher and slowly moved the pin down over time until I hit full depth and if anything hurt I racked it and called it a day.

Maybe this wasn’t the answer you wanted but I figured I’d chime in incase it helps

Jordan I see you’re elevated ALT is this due to training or supplementation do you think? Is this number normal for you or are you trying to get it lower? I’ve heard mixed things about ALT values for bigger / advanced guys.

Whats the biggest cycle you’ve ever done james? Pros / cons of it? I’ve used big dosages and now use smaller as well and I feel a lot healthier but it’s hard to quantify actual mass gains.
