    Both workouts were good. Some exercises need more groove but that shouldn’t be a problem. Shoulder compound is a little bit difficult.

    As for a physique goal I like the look from Henry Cavill in Man of Steel (not too different proportions although my arms are way longer). To Attain this will be a lot of work and after that…maybe a little bit further.

    The attached photo is from me, sitting at 78kg.

    I don’t know how much gains I have left. I think I already gained about 15kg of muscle. This is a rough estimation by observing my body type and relatives. Would (if lean and not training) weigh probably around 62-65kg.
