Lower steps and remove cardio or you don’t really deload – goal is to

    Get fresh

Doing stuff that drives fatigue won’t help you get fresh

    Alright thank you Kuba

I would personally remove direct cardio if body comp allows it for your prep timeline and just do low impact

Hey buddy, personally I would keep cardio in as I tend to only do LISS cardio so if I’m deloading from the resistance training my body will recover fine from just light cardiovascular training.

    Thanks Louis

For me when I deload it depends how fucked I am haha! Super fucked remove cardio. A little fucked I keep it in but sometimes opt for something a little less intense

    Hey!

When I deload I remove all cardio and training and just focus on getting my steps in 🙂 I also move my diet to a non training day set up over a training day set up as output is lower. So if this is something you can do, I would set it up like that!

    Cheers Sara

    Hello Florian

I would remove the bike to let your joints rest also

But I would keep the steps in, or switch the bike cardio for slow walk on treadmill

    Thanks Allison

Just a quick update regards my transition into growing. Changed my split to full body eod and with this added food it feels amazing. Cardio and NEAT still the same but i get along very well with it. Just amazing

    Changes as of tomorrow
Cardio: 6x Week for 25mins @ 140 BPM / reduced this by 5 mins daily, leg day off cardio

Steps: 10k / same as before

    Diet:
    3250kcal on training days
    2850kcal on rest days

I think this will shift me out of this phase and set me up for a bulk.

Increase food and or decrease cardio. You need to get in a surplus and your currently in a deficit.

    Thank You Ryan
