You can always try the nair/veet version that is intended for sensitive skin – that works well for those that have reacted badly to the standard version
Will try Kiera, thanks!

Philips one blade is great for guys. I’d say probably the best option with 0 razor burn
Thanks Kamara!

Philips one blade is very good.
I prefer to meet usually – using the pink one for sensitive skin lol
I find I can get my whole upper front done and legs out of one big tube –
Apply it
wait 8-9 minutes
Use exfoliating gloves in the shower and it all comes straight off
Thanks Peter!

Hi bud,
I use two different trimmers as I have ridiculously sensitive baby skin that flares up with red rashes and razor burns incredibly easy. 🙈 I can’t wet shave my body or use veet etc.
I use the Philips OneBlade for my arms, chest and shoulders. Then I use a Philips Body Groomer 7000 for everything else. The second shaver doesn’t cut right down to the skin but leaves it looking clear for around 3-4 days. My hair is super dark and tough, it grows back very quickly so you may get longer than that out of it depending on your hair type.
It takes me about 35 mins to get it all done and I never have any skin issues since doing it this way.
Thanks Jord!

Hey buddy! I’ve always clippered and then wet shaved with cream, this can be a little time consuming. Veet doesn’t work for me and it gives me a rash. I have however shaved James multiple times with this clipper that has a super close shave so he doesn’t need to wet shave after. I can’t remember the name if I’m honest but I’m sure if you look online you can find these clippers that give you a super close shave so you don’t have to razor it after. Much faster.
Thanks Louis!

I suffer with this as well if i train late and i do believe its quite a common thing.
I agree with Kuba here regarding not taking both of them so close together.
I also think Clares suggestion is good – something like loads instead of cereal may help alot.
Yeah will try to not take them too close together

I agree take less as ashwaganda can have the opposite effect with some people. I have to have half a dose of dream sleep as I’m super sensitive to it
Thanks Kamara

What is your post workout meal?
Also, as Kuba states, taking both the Unwind and Dream sleep close together might be too stimulating for you if you’re sensitive to ashwagandha. If you take the Dream sleep on rest days and sleep well, then try dropping the Unwind on those late training sessions and just take the Dream sleep pre bed.
Thanks Clare[/quote]
Seeing as your post workout meal is also your pre bed meal, try Oats, Iso Whey and berries instead of the coco pops. It will digest slightly slower over night. Oatmeal can help increase the release of serotonin too, which will help to calm the body.

Thanks Clare -
Hey buddy, do you take an pre workout before training? What is your caffeine intake like? If it was me I would cut caffeine products after midday and use a non stick pre workout. What’s your nutrition like after training?
Hey mate, i currently dont take any caffeine – no monsters, no coffee, no pre workout.

Hey, so you feel like the training is releasing adrenaline or endorphins which is keeping you up? What’s your current diet?

Take less unwind and dream sleep
Both are dosed very well, so taking both in such close proximity can actually cause issues with too much ashwabaganda
Thanks will try

Hey Kuba, was wondering how long you usually spend timewise in the gym for a session?

The Philips one blade is very good but will take time.
the pink Veet cream is what I use year round and is pretty good on sensitive skin
Thanks Peter, unfortunately Veet doesnt get along with my skin.

Hey, so as above had said full body shaving especially for shows will be a time consuming effort, but there are for sure some electric shavers that a good and will give you a good finish
Thanks Rhea
