For Kubas body we use a Phillips 1 blade – I think that’s what it’s called.
It’s an electric one and gets super close like you’re using a razor.
It’ll take a while regardless if you do it yourself or have someone else to do it –
Thanks Meg

Bro my skin is SO sensitive! I couldn’t use veet either but then I saw they have a sensitive spray. It’s amazing. I use two bottles to do my body.
So I start with lower, cover all areas – takes like 2 mins Cus the spray is so easy to use. Leave this on for 5-7 mins, then use a scouring pad or shower mitt whilst in the shower to rub it off. (Don’t use the scraper they provider they’re shit lol)
Get out shower and dry off then repeat for upper body. Make sure you use some tissue to wipe it off your nipples if they will burn – found out the hard way. Also inner bicep is thinner/more sensitive so maybe done do there.
I usually then get my partner to use my beard trimmer to quickly do my back 🙂
Thanks Joe

Unfortunately as Pheebs says shaving is time consuming but what you could do is get a body hair trimmer and use that it’s a little easier to quickly run over body parts but obviously it’s not as close as shaving.
You could have laser hair removal it’s a worth while investment for body parts you want 0 body hair
Thanks Kamara

Hey buddy! I used to wet shave for my competitions which unfortunately does take a long time especially if your a big lad! Maybe best to get your partner involved both shaving at the same time!!
Thanks Louis.

It’s a nightmare….literally the only thing I really don’t like about bodybuilding 😂
I’m currently having laser. But it still takes time and money.
I try to stay on top but currently I’m due again. And I do it in 2 stages front 1 day someone does my back the next day
Yeah will try the philips device i guess. Because laser hair removal here in austria is way too expensive😅

Hi Florian
Shaving can be pretty time consuming if you can’t use something that’s pretty quick like veet, especially if doing it yourself.
I’d maybe think about laser hair removal like phoebe has said (I know this can work out expensive though) or having a wax then keeping on top of shaving regularly.
Yeah thanks marc

Hey!
Unfortunately shaving is a time consuming job… have you looked into getting laser hair removal? This is great!
You will still need to shave the area the day before your appointment, but after so many the hair will start to grow back patchy and then none at all. You do need to keep up regular appointments as if you leave too much of a gap between your laser sessions it may start to grow back quicker again.
Yeah i heard there is a philips device that you can use for laser hair removal.

You’re spending a LONG time in the gym. I think you could certainly use your time more efficiently and cut this time down. Warm ups are to be used to prime the muscle and nervous system to get the most out of your top sets. They shouldn’t be fatiguing or take anything away from those. Bigger compound exercises and those at the beginning of a session may need more, particularly for those who are strong and using more weights. Isolation exercises and those further down the session may not need as many warm ups and some you could possibly go straight into. Also as you add weight in your warm ups, reps should decrease, so you’ll only be doing 1-3 before you’re working set.
I know we always say to take as long as you need between sets to recover and ensure you’re warmed up before sets, but if you’re taking over 4 hours to complete a session, I would argue that your actually compromising your progress with unnecessary volume and rest time.
Yeah thanks Clare will look over my warm ups and general session to see where i can trim down some bits. Obviously this hinders my sleep cause i go to the gym after work at 4:45pm and im there till 8:45pm sometimes 9:00 pm and i have to got to sleep relatively close to finishing my session and get up at 4:45 am cause of work.

You’re spending over half an hour on each movement mate. What’s your rest time between sets?
In my personal view, it needs trimming.
Never tracked my rest time but its too long. Especially on warm ups i feel like i take too long.

Hi mate,
Wow, 4+ hrs is a huge amount of time to be in the gym for a relatively low volume and straightforward session
Warm ups are interesting, and often highly personalised
Your warm ups should be performance enhancing for your top sets, not detracting.
You should be in a position where you are both psychologically and physically primed for your work sets, but I’m not sure how you’re making it stretch out to over 4hrs mate
Yeah, every session for me lasts like 4.5 hours roundabout. I dont know what i can change to be more efficient.

Forgot to mention this session takes me about 4 to 4.5 hours. I would like to be more efficient with my time in the gym to get this done a bit faster but still get the most out of it
